Today I had my carpet cleaned by a professional for the very first time. I had read reviews about Johnson’s Carpet Cleaning and set up an appointment. I can’t begin to tell you how easy the entire process was, from the scheduling to the actual service. I received a confirmation call within 30 min. of arrival time. Vince was at my door within 20 min.
What a great and professional Company. Never once was I pressed to purchase anything but the original order, no extra’s. What a relief to find such as refreshingly honest company. My carpet looks great and the house smells so clean! I am relieved to know that I won’t have to look anywhere else for carpet and upholstery cleaning. I would highly recommend them!

Just had my area rug and carpet in my den cleaned for the first time. I must say I’m super pleased and satisfied with the way Vince and his partner did their job. They are super honest and friendly, I’m definitely going to keep their number for future carpet cleanings.

Today was the 3^rd time I’ve used Johnson’s Carpet Cleaning services and they never ever disappoint. The first 2 times Vito and his partner came over and they were just so courteous and polite. I asked questions and they had answers. On top of that, they were cheap. I used a different service before that started off cheap but then the 2^nd or 3^rd time I used them the rates went up.
With that being said — today, I got Vince. I wasn’t home but had my 1yr old son and nephew 19yr old home and only requested 2 rooms to be done.
I got a new dog a few weeks ago and «training» has been a struggle so the two rooms I needed cleaned were the main rooms I kept the dog.
Vince did the entire house out of kindness and even when I tried to pay extra he wouldn’t have it. My only correspondence with Vince was over the phone and I just cannot praise and thank him and his services enough for doing such a great job — going the extra mile, working with me and providing such great Customer Service.

Literally the best carpet cleaning company I’ve found. After renting for 10 years and being a clean freak who gets their carpets cleaned every 3 – 6 months, I feel like I would know.
They steam clean the carpets with super hot water as opposed to most companies who shampoo them which really just swirls around the dirt… sick!
Prices are reasonable & it doesn’t take more than a few days to get an appointment + they have Saturday appointments available.

They have 5 stars for a reason. Vince handled everything from my quote, to my appointment setting, to cleaning my carpets himself. He didn’t try and upsell anything on site and stayed true to the price given over the phone, which was super reasonable. They did a courtesy call 30 minutes before and showed up on time. Very fast and efficient and I can’t even begin to explain how satisfied I am with the results.
Thank you Vince, and thank your team for me. You have something wonderful here, an honest business is hard to find these days.

I ordered the service for carpet cleaning of two rooms and two stairs. After a few days I vacuumed the carpet and found a lot of hair. Not satisfying with the service, I emailed them and the boss Vince answered himself in just 10 minutes offering me with a free follow up vacuum and cleaning. They arrived on time and explained to me that the steaming cleaning was done properly and the hair cannot be removed 100% since the tool they were using is not extracting from the carpet but vacuum from the surface. They again vacuumed the two rooms and stairs for me for free! I’m very satisfied with their service, attitude, and value in their business. I would definitely recommend to my friend as they have won my trust.

What amazing customer service and quality! We were in the process of moving in to our recently purchased condo and the carpets were in need of some deep cleaning. These fellows helped us out on such short notice — same day service! It was so amazing and the carpets came out so clean and refreshed! Exceptional Service. Finally professional carpet cleaners I can trust. I was having a party and needed to get my carpets and sofa cleaned. It was very easy to get an appointment… they were able to accommodate my time frame which I very much appreciated. Prices are very reasonable. And NO UP SALES like all the other carpet guys trying to pressure sell you into services you don’t need! Ugh! Can’t stand that! NOT the case with these guys. Two very friendly gentleman showed up and they did an exceptional job. They were also very quick. I will definitely call them again. I HIGHLY recommend their service and agree with all my fellow Unilocalers! Thank you all again! These guys are the best!!! Try them… you will not be disappointed!

I cannot say enough about this company. Absolutely as good as it gets!
I called this morning to get quotes. I called around and he was the cheapest. I needed cleaning for my area rug and 2 sofas.
He came out hours later and when he saw the sofas, he told me that he couldn’t clean them because of the materials and that it could only be dry cleaned. He said he was more than happy to clean the rug if I wanted but understood if I wanted someone else to do the entire job.
I asked how much for just the rug and he said he would do it for the same price even though I was no longer doing the other two sofas. NOBODY DOES THAT! This was his chance to tell me… oh well now you are only doing the rug so the price goes up… but he didn’t do that. He kept the same low price.
I even tried to tip him and he refused to take it.
If you are looking for a carpet cleaner… please don’t even bother looking anywhere else. If you want an honest and friendly person to do the job, then the search should end here.
I will definitely use them again… without a doubt!

What an amazing job! They showed up to my house this morning prompt and ready to work and in 30 minutes they had my living room and hallway completely clean and I am simply amazed at how clean it came, my carpet looks brand-​new… Their employees were so nice and showed awesome customer service… Great job we will for sure be returning customers…

Every 3 months for the past year I’ve used their cleaning services and I am always 110% satisfied.

definitely 5 star, 3 rooms hallway and stairs, Vince came in with his 2 guys and knocked it out really quick very polite guy I have a beige carpet all upstairs and finally after 3 yrs to see my carpets go from a dark beige to white was amazing wish I would of taken some pictures while the cleaning was happening but I was just to stoke that my carpets came back to day 1 when they first got install definitely will use them again … DEFINITELY RECOMEND JOHNSONS CARPET CLEANING. Was referred to Johnson’s through a neighbor, called and got in touch with Vince. Great guy helped me over the phone in figuring out our needs and he came out 2 days later to do the job. We had a living room, area rug, and a sofa done and they did the job within an hour. I loved that he called in the morning as well to confirm that he was coming, and he also tried getting out earlier, we just weren’t available. Best of all, he threw in a bedroom and my other love seat at no charge!
The quality of work is excellent, we had 2 other services do our carpets in the past, and stains mysteriously would return a few days later. So far carpet still looks good a few weeks later, will definitely use them again in the future.

Vince came with his team and did a great job! Friendly straight forward to the point and got the job done in about 20 mins. My living room and dining was a mess from 3 kids! Very good rates too compared to other company’s with a better job thanks guys. I will defiantly be calling again

I’ve used this company (regularly) for all my residential carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning since 2009. They were referred to me by a happy customer, and since then, I’ve referred them to a handful of customers – and they’ve all been just as happy. :)
I’ve had both Vince and Vito out (with people who’ve assisted them), and I’ve been equally happy no matter who completed the job. They’re friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable, realistic, honest, punctual, reliable and professional.
They invest in the top of the line equipment, materials and supplies. This really does make a difference in the results. For example, I’ve experienced other companies that don’t have a strong enough extractor – not a problem w Johnson’s. They always purchase the most powerful unit for their truck (s), with the highest PSI option available in the industry (and, yes, I’ve actually inquired about this!)
They’re also very generous w their tips and recommendations for me, depending on what I ask. This has always been appreciated. I trust their knowledge base.
I wouldn’t hesitate hiring Johnson’s for carpet, tile or upholstery cleaning, and although I haven’t had to use them for flood/​water damage issues (thank goodness), they are definitely who I’d hire (or recommend) for restoration services, too.
Don’t worry anymore, you’re in good hands – just go with Johnson’s for all your routine cleaning needs. I’m pretty sure you’ll be like most of their clients – and do repeat business with them, like I do. :)

My family has been using this company for a few years. My mom usually calls them out before we have a gathering at our house or family’s coming into town. Every time they’ve come Vince has always been extremely professional and most importantly works with you and your budget.
Vince and his workers just left from doing our carpets, our stairs, 3 bedrooms, living room, den, and 3 couches. Made the call yesterday afternoon and made an appointment to come by between 9am-​10am today. As always was right on time, went over the rooms again with him and they went straight to work.
Vince is extremely professional and you can tell he loves what he does and goes that extra mile to satisfy the customer.
Took about an hour to do and the house smells amaaazing, so fresh and clean!

Found this company through Groupon-​so glad I did! I got lucky and was first on the appointment list-​Vince and Dave arrived a little before 8:30am and were finished cleaning three big rooms and two area rugs within an hour!
