Totally unkind office manager has «take it or leave it» attitude with scheduling and it gets worse …

I’m a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker in Pasadena — had a client who’s home I listed to sell, but had a trouble tenant in it. Was recommended the services of Liddle and Liddle by a few of the agents in my office and passed the info onto my Seller who gave them a call. I have to say that I’m incredibly impressed with their service for how little they charge. They do offer a wide range of landlord/​tenant services, but we liked that they were able to dish out a-​la carte stuff like the 3-​day notice and unlawful detainer in such an expedited manner. The staff was extremely professional and kind. I will definitely be recommending them to any of my clients with tenant issues.

Enjoyed working with the attorneys, they are extremely knowledgeable and very prepared. Their staff struggles with getting you information, but once you get past that you’re in really good hands. Now let’s see whether They can help me collect my money as quickly as they got me my property.

Money they dont do anything for your case anything at all you just goanna waiste your money and your time the lawyer goanna tell you on court day sorry I change them after couple times being wasting my money and my time I don’t know how they are doing really dont they don’t know what they’re doing

This law firm is racist the man I was speaking to tells me every Mexican tries this and gives me No a chance to give their story they hang up in their rude I’m trying to speak to them about my eviction and they do not want to hear my side of the story they’re doing it illegally and it’s very wrong there kicking me and my family out over the owner who has a illegal studios for rent I tried explaining to them I have no address I called the city and the address is not registered with the city and they said they sent me an eviction notice in the mail I don’t know how that is possible

What a terrible law office. I got quoted over the phone just under $ 900 for an eviction on 2 tenants. Then when payment was due to proceed with the case the quote double to over $ 1600. Now what upset me most was how rude little is. They have no clue how to talk to customers. Making me feel I was an idiot trying to file an eviction myself. I came to you for help not to be ripped off and talked rudely.

I have used Liddle and Liddle a couple of times for unlawful detainer actions on commercial leases. Facts, they misplaced my payments and would not proceed till I paid again, or wait til the accounting department found that I had paid. I waited the extra time for them to correct the issue. This case was for non-​payment on the lease. Fact, one action was for specific performance of contractual obligations and I was advised by Mrs. Liddle on the case, but her advise ended up causing this case to be dismissed after it developed to a contested case because according to my attorney, «I would loss». So, after I dismissed the case and fully paid for representation, I dealt directly with the tenant to try to solve the situation, and low and behold, Mrs. Liddle called me in a threatening manner for having communicated with the tenant. People, when you hire a professional they have the highest fiduciary duty to the client, to advise and represent them in all aspects because they have «superior knowledge» in their profession. My advice to anyone hiring a «Professional» be aware there are fiduciary duty laws to protect the client and these laws have a two year statutes of limitations. Furthermore, the courts seem to lean towards the client rather then the professional. Also, «Professionals» are governed by a «code of ethics» in there field, which is supposed to be even higher then common law or statutes. Complain to the governing agency for that professional, and or commence civil action against them, even in small claims.

I was really thankful to them for helping me win a case against a tenant that was completely vicious and wreckless. Their support in helping me win my case was very professional and very helpful and strategic. The only challenge I face now is collecting my judgement and I have to keep calling them to get updates on collecting my judgement. Other than that, I really enjoyed working with them to help me win my case.

This is an excellent law firm, I had complete professional service. They made everything very streamline and efficient. I needed to get a non paying tenant out of my house and they made it happen effectively and efficiently. I thought it would cost more, but the prices were affordable. For a stressful position to be in as a landlord, they made it headache free. They definitely got the job done.

I have had Liddle & Liddle Law Office on my side for over 10 years. They know what they are doing and they don’t fool around with getting the job done. You have a tenant that is a dead beat, Liddle and Liddle will take care of the nasty work. Just know, as a landlord, you have to have done your job well in getting the tenants info. prior to renting to them and having a good rental agreement is worth it’s weight in gold.
