I highly recommend this place for those who are unsure on where to go for their collision damages, or if this is their first time getting into a collision. Chris was very helpful and respectful, as well as everyone else in this location. They did an amazing job with my car and handled all the paper work very neatly and organized. I give them five stars because they do deserve them! :)

This body shop is amazing. I’ve used them multiple times in the past and will continue to use their services. I trust them completely. It is a family owned shop and their priority is Quality work.
The last time I stop by was because I needed service done on my car. They took care of my brakes and I did an oil change.

Very happy I decided to take my car there to be fixed after my accident in September. I was a bit afraid as my vehicle was a lease and I wanted the car to look in perfect shape before returning it to avoid nonsense fees and I was extremely satisfied. Jack is very professional and his wife was just such a sweetheart, made us feel right at home and made the process with dealing with the insurance very easy. Thank you Lone Hill!

Took my 2013 Ford Fusion in here after a giant tree branch fell on it. Picked a terrible time to bring my car in right before the holidays, so i knew it would take some time to get my car back which i was fine with. When I got my car back the work they had done was excellent, my car looked like new. Chris also provided me with a decent size container of touch up paint for any minor scrapes i may get. As Jack pulled my car out front he noticed an issue with my front door (completely unrelated to the reason my car was in) and fixed it free of charge while I waited. I would recommend Long Hill Collision Center to anyone.

I’ve been here a few times and every time I leave with such a great experience! Customer service is amazing! And the work they do OH MY GOODNESS my car looks like new!!! I had a fantastic experience with a «quick fix» situation that tells me that they would be wonderful to work with for a more costly repair.
I worked with a front office gentleman named Jack, who was very good at quickly assessing the problem. More importantly, he quickly cut to the chase and asked «what would you actually like to have fixed?» The fix consisted of him just attaching some zip ties to secure a rubber (plastic?) guard on the car’s underside. I won’t explicitly state the financial transaction, but I’ll say he extended me incredible courtesy and, as far as I’m concerned, it cost me next to nothing.
If you’re interested in the details, read on.
I ran over a piece of raised pavement in a parking lot, and had a light bumper strike in traffic. It caused some mild deforming of the front bumper and the right side panel. At some random moment, this huge rubber/​plastic guard on the underside of the front end became detached, and was dragging on the ground. I was able to do a temporary fix until I got to this shop. Upon understanding that I was less concerned about the bumper and front panel and more about the loose underside guard, he offered to fix it with zip ties. After done, he declared «that part isn’t going anywhere now.» So as far as the part being secured to the car now, it’s as good as new.

Thank you fellow Unilocalers for the reviews on an outstanding business. Lone Hill Collision Center is THE place to take your vehicle. Unfortunately our 2013 Toyota Tundra was side swiped, but when Lone Hill Collision Center was done, our truck looked like it just drove out of the showroom you can’t even tell where the damage was. Aside from the great workmanship, the customer service was above and beyond. Andrea, Chris, Jack and the crew were friendly and answered all our questions. I can’t say enough, but I will say it is a pleasure to recommend such a customer oriented business Lone hill collision center absolutely deserves 5 stars!!!

Lone Hill Collision has earned my business for life!
I came in for a door repair and was quoted $ 100. My car was repaired in 20 minutes and I wasn’t charged anything! Yep, they fixed my car for FREE! Someone had smashed my door in, preventing me from being able to open it from the outside.
Jack helped me from beginning to end and I could not be more impressed with his kindness and honesty, both are rare especially in the automotive industry. Seeing a woman come into the shop, he could’ve seen an easy payday, but that’s not the way he operates. I wanted to hug him!

I really feel that this business goes out of their way for customer service. Andrea, one of their employees, took the time to help me get reimbursement for my rental car from the person’s, who hit my van, insurance. I hope that the situation will be resolved in my favor because of Lone Hill Collisions’ efforts. Shoutout to Anthony and Chris at Lone Hill Collision Center. We were driving home when our car broke down. They immediately helped push the car into the lot and ordered us a new battery at a fair cost. Chris installed it and took care of us extremely quickly and professionally all with a great sense of humor which helped calm us down. Recently, my vehicle was rear ended and I needed to take it to a shop to be repaired. The insurance company I was working with gave me a list of repair shops that they work with and made it sound like going to someone off list would be a hassle. Lonehill Collision was not on the list, but I had a reference from a family member, so I decided to take a risk, and I am glad I did. I have always found repair shops to be a hassle, but Lonehill was courteous and thorough. They worked with the insurance company and made my life easy. In the end, my car looked great, one minor adjustment was needed, and they did it so fast I was blown away. It has been a couple months since I picked my car up and I am consistently suprised that I still can’t tell anything happened. Thank you Lonehill Collision!!!

It is refreshing to be able to stop in and know I will find a friendly face and great service. Especially as a women… it is often intimidating going to get my car worked on. Lone Hill Collision represents everything that one would expect from a family owned business. Friendly, Personalized service, down to a final drive by the owner of the company to assure it meets HIS standards! We were involved in an accident which required a great deal of work. This company became our advocate, even more than our own insurance company. I hope never to need their services again, but I would choose no other company to care for my vehicle.

Unfortunately they didn’t do the job right. They repaired the ‘exterior’ aspect of the vehicle however they screwed up the wiring. Talking with a ‘Jeff’ who called himself the owner kept falling back on the ‘warranty’ expired or something to that extent and the repair was just a mirror to be changed. Which made me feel that they don’t know so much about how modern cars are in fact changing with computers.
It appears that this happened to another individual.
Advice…workmanship is good but make sure if there are electronics involved, as in any modern car where wiring will need to be replaced to the computer, check it all out before leaving.

I had the pleasure of working with Lone Hill when I damaged my vehicle. I can’t recommend these guys enough, Chris took care of everything for me from start to finish including dealing with my insurance company. He made all the calls I needed and even set up with the Insurance Company my car rental. Lone Hill did an amazing job and looks better then brand new. Everyone at Lone Hill was so inviting and friendly and made the situation so much better. It was over and above my expectations and if anything happens in the future I will definitely head over there!

So I had to go back to Lone Hill Collision because there were a few small items that they wanted to complete. Between the first time I came and this last time someone ran a shopping cart into the side of the car and scratched it. They fixed the new scratch for free, completed all the additional repairs in a day and made it look new again. I really am surprised at the level of customer service. It’s way over and above anything I would expect.

I can’t recommend these guys enough! When you come in, ask for Chris, he’ll handle everything for you. I could summarize my experience with them as fast and friendly service, but that l just wouldn’t do them justice.
Chris treated me with respect and compassion. My car was in pretty bad shape. He took care of the insurance for me and made sure I had my car back quickly. Mary is always a delight. She just brightens your day. You know you’re in good hands when you come here. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my baby.
