LOTUS Movement Center is the sister to LOTUS Health and Wellness. Located next door to each other.

LOTUS Health and Wellness (AKA Lotus of Light) was established in 2005 and has been serving the community with a variety of services from Massage, acupuncture, skin care, pain management, stroke recovery, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Herbal Medicine, cupping, weight loss, Reiki, body scrubs, spray tan and much much more.

We opened LOTUS Movement Center in the Summer of 2015 to be Glendora’s go spot for the whole body. Offering a wide variety of yoga classes, physical therapy, Mat Pilates and Thi Chi, just to name a few.

Lotus Movement Center, is also a place for community classes and workshops and is open to teachers or group needing a place to meet up.
