My family and I could not be any happier with the service that Mark Cofer and the rest of the team at Century 21 provided to us during the process of selling our home. We met with two separate realtors, Mark Cofer and another local well known realtor I won’t name, before deciding who to chose. We decided on using Mark for multiple reasons, first and most important was that he cared what we wanted and that seemed to be his main goal, which he really showed. Second, he was very personable and professional and was able to answer any questions we had and give us great advice, which made us feel very comfortable with him. Third, he sold our property with smooth sailing. From our past experience with different realtors this was by far our best and we can’t wait to work with Mark Again. Strongly recommend using Mark and Al at Century 21.

Let me tell you that the best decision I ever made in relation to the sale of my Aunt’s property was to contact The Mark and Al Team. They were recommended by a close local friend in the Inland Empire area and my friend understated how Awesome The Mark and Al Team really is.
My Aunt had been sick for a long time and I was traveling from the East Coast to Ontario CAlif every few months and ultimately every couple weeks and then staying for a few weeks solid to deal with final arrangements.
Mark Cofer treated me like family throughout the process and everyone with The Mark and Al Team was equally wonderful to work with.
Mark Cofer (Broker and Partner) was honest, direct, completely professional and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
Mark did what he said and always delivered for us. The listing was appropriate and really showed off the home and property nicely. The suggested price was exactly what we sold the property for.
You will NOT regret trusting The Mark and Al Team with the sale of your home or buying a property in the area they serve.

Breanna Webb was a blessing and an breathtaking realtor. As first time buyers my husband and I didn’t know what we were doing. Not only did she recommend an amazing lender, she was able to get us a home lower than the listed amount and even made some sacrifices to garantee we recieve a home perfect for us in the area we desired. We worked with Robert Cofer to assist us in finding an investment property for my family. He was extremely attentive and available to us throughout the process. I gave him specifics of what I was looking for, and he set up an account thru MLS with the search criteria I had given him and I was emailed listings that matched our criteria. He was available by phone, email and text whenever we had questions and made himself available to show properties within our schedules. When we finally did find a home we were interested in, he was extremely helpful in explaining the process to my brother in law, who was a first time homebuyer, and walking him thru each step. Robert was so extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We will definitely be contacting him again in the near future for any purchases or sales.

If you are ever looking to purchase a house, make sure to have Robert as your realtor, because he will go the extra mile for you.
My wife and I recently purchased our first house, and I have to say that we couldn’t have done it without Robert’s help. When I first started looking for a realtor, I wanted someone who would treat purchasing our house as they would be purchasing their own. After spoken with several realtors, we decided to go with Robert, because he was very sincere and honest. He was with us every step of the way, and explained everything in detail through the whole process. Whenever I texted him or called him, he would always reply me and answer my calls promptly. It made me feel that he was my own personal realtor.
After finally deciding on a house, Robert helped us to make an offer, and followed up closely with the seller’s agent to made sure that we had the best chance of getting the house. After a week of waiting, the seller accepted our offer, because we had everything that they asked for ready, which Robert had us prepare before making the offer.
While in escrow, we hit a number of speed bumps, which I won’t go into more detail, but all those speed bumps were taken care of by Robert and his team. On the last day of the closing date, there were still so many things left undone, which had nothing to do with Robert, but he and his team went out of their way to get all those things completed for us. To be honest, I did not expect we were able to close escrow on the closing date, but Robert was able to pull it off. After he told me the good news, I couldn’t stop smiling for a week.
We cannot thank you enough, Robert, for everything that you have done for us. We are beyond satisfaction with your service.
As I have said earlier, if anyone is in the market for a house, make sure to hire Robert, it will probably be one of the best decisions you will ever make in your life!

My fiancé and I just closed a home a month ago with Robert. After working for a short time with another realtor who was quite inexperienced my wife set us up an appointment showing with this young man. My first impression of Robert was that he presented himself nicely, dressed professionally and was extremely knowledgeable. Our search went from a higher priced area to a lower priced area due to our budget but Robert did not give up on our home search and we thank him for it. I would highly recommend this young man to any friends or family as he worked extremely hard, his follow up was incredible, and when things got serious at time of closing he just pressured through and closed the deal. I could not say enough great things about this young man except that he is a Ducks fan so I almost gave him 4 stars instead of 5 but I cant hold that against the young man.

Not only did Mark expedite the sale in a very timely manor (under 30 days) he was able, with his strategy, get me more than the asking price. The deal was painless and efficient. I recently purchased one of Mark and Al’s listings in Rancho Cucamonga. Their team was on top of it throughout the entire transaction. When I submitted my offer they responded very quickly. Most REO properties are in terrible shape. I was impressed that Mark and Al’s team had weekly gardeners and pool guys come to the property. The utilities were actually turned on and the property was properly secured.
I was so impressed with the professionalism of Mark and Al’s team that I am going to have them list my Condo in Upland. I would refer Mark and Al to anyone looking to Buy or Sell Real Estate.
