WOW! I am in shock ! I had my car towed in to my usual repair shop (Luis & Sons in Azusa) and they said I needed a new ENGINE $ 3,800 +!!! I was so disappointed and rented a car for the week while I went shopping for a new car. One of my co workers recommended that I get a 2^nd opinion from Michael’s Auto Service! So as a last resort I had it towed there. The next morning I received a call from Michael himself to let me know the car was done… an intake hose had broken! He replaced the hose added oil and for the LOW LOW LOW price of $ 136.00 I was all fixed and on the road again!!! I almost bought a new car! The repair cost was less than HALF the cost of rental car! If on;y I had known about Michaels Auto Service sooner. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE BUT HIM!

Went to change out my serpintine belt and realize last person who owned the car had the belts changed but whoever did it striped a bolt on one of the tensioners after fighting with it realized I couldn’t get it off, I decided to take it to a shop. After hearing from family this place does a good job and is honest I took it here. I am really pleased with the work they did and very impressed with how quickly they finished the work. He also gave me a great price. If you live in the surrounding area I highly recommend this place. Excellent customer service great job mike.

What can I say. I am new to California — and sooo miss my old mechanic at home. so imagine what my stress level was when I went to start my car — and NOTHING. we tried everything imaginable BEFORE calling the tow truck. My father in law — a AAA member — finally decided that it was time to get it towed. it was the AAA Tow Truck driver that recommended Michael’s who also happens to be a AAA Approved Auto Repair Facility. So a mile up the road the truck was towed, Michael came out, he and his guys took a look and within 10 minutes told me exactly what we thought it was. my fuel pump… it was 3pm on Friday afternoon, every bay was packed — but Michael and his guys got right on it — they located the part — did their work and BOOM! 2 hours later? At EXACTLY 5pm — my vehicle was up and running! AWESOME!!! Michael’s was a LIFESAVER! What they didn’t know was I had plans to go out of town that weekend — and you know what? I made it to my destination and back. no problems! KNOCK ON WOOD. I know its still early. (its only been 3 days since they worked on my vehicle) but I was so impressed with the level of service. and according to Michael’s — there’s a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. so for now? I’m stress free and on the road again! Thank you Michael’s!!!

Mike’s Auto Service is wonderful! Mike is very honest and extremely reasonably priced. Over at Mike’s, they won’t overcharge you or tell you your car needs something it doesn’t. We’ve used Mike’s a couple times now and he has always been honest with us.
My husband was told by another shop close to work that our car needed repairs that would cost $ 1,400. I waited and took my car to Mike who said we only needed a simple repair & part costing only $ 158. WOW! what a difference!
Providing honest and quality work at a reasonable price is what keeps Mike’s so busy.
