Old Navy

We asked an employee just standing around doing nothing during the last day of some sale they just had this weekend if by chance they had any maternity clothes like they do online and she scoffed said no and recommended checking the clearance section in the most uppity tone ever. I don’t really shop at old navy and I figured once I did a lap around the tiny store it wouldn’t kill to just ask an employee but she was so useless I almost just left the store right then and there. Still they carry up to size 18 or larger possibly in shorts and pants so finding stuff that fit loose was beyond easy, still I plan on going to another location maybe Puente Hills to see if the normal sized stores carry maternity leggings/jeggings/shorts&pants.

It takes a lot for me to even want to post a bad review. And a whole lot more for me to actually post it. Customer service here is horrible. Be sure to check the shoes you buy here even though most pairs are tied together that means nothing. I had a size 6 shoe size tied to size 7 shoe size. No biggie right? Just go back to the store and return or exchange, right? Not at this store. They will send you to another store either in Chino or City of Industry. Wth? I don’t have time to drive all over the place. Plus I can live without the attitude. If you don’t like your job then quit.

I have never had a worse experience at an old navy or any other store for that matter! «Sandy» was SO rude! The prices of a few shirts were marked wrong and instead of walking back or calling someone to look she just angrily argued with me up front! Horrible customer service.

An older lady at the register was very rude to a customer checking out… I was standing in line waiting to cop my hot new performance fleece when I noticed an argument at one of the registers. It seemed to me that the older worker lady had a terrible attitude and was putting down a female customer because she spoke poor english. killed my whole vibe. 2 thumbs down.

One of my favorite Old Navy stores to shop at. The store is clean and organized… even the clearance section is kept tidy (unlike other locations)…I’ve found many great clearance deals here. There is an older Asian lady who works here and she is very quick and helpful to look up prices and locate proper sizes.

I’m writing this as I wait in this super long line… my fault last minute shopper. I came in exchanging 2 flannels, found only 1 since the whole store is 50% off today. I had given up and exchanged only one and returned the other. I asked the girl at the register (register 2) (cashier 2 645 813) wearing a light blue shirt if she can check if they had any XL, she said no. I asked what other stores do and she said none in the area. I went to the fitting room to give it one more try. The girls in the fitting room checked for me and it said they had ONE. She said let me go check in the back, came back no luck. The other girl said let me see if I can find it, I waited 15 minutes and to my very happy surprise she found it! I used to work in retail and I told them I felt their pain of go backs during Xmas season; I believe their names were Stacey and Emily in the fitting room. They deserve to be acknowledged for awesome customer service and taking the time to search for one piece of clothing, which by the way was on a medium hanger… she literally checked one piece at a time. Thank you girls so much I appreciate it. You 2 rock.

To come out of Old Navy a happy camper, it’s almost as if the stars have to align in just the right way.
First, you have to come on a sale. And this sale has to be for the very specific thing that you’re looking for. You might hear about a sale on something, but then when you come in, you see that it’s only for a certain cut or style of that thing. Like «flannel on sale!), but then find out that it’s only ¾ sleeve, poly cotton blend two button pullover flannel, and nothing else.
Or you might be able to find something on clearance, like the other day when I saw a lot of good outerwear for a really good price.
And next, you have to stay away from almost everyone inside, especially the employees. The customer service is not even close to acceptable, unless you find that one good person that only works 2 days a week, sporadically.
Lastly, you have to watch the price screen, and verify your receipt. Things just happen to ring up at weird prices, with no explanation.

I’ve visited this store many times since it opened. It is always clean and cool.
I am mostly writing this review on my experience today. I had a lot — A LOT — of items to return from an online order.
I was in a panic because I thought my window for returning was past, but the sales associate was very kind and told me that it wouldn’t be a problem and I could still return all of my items to the store.
Some associates are rude when you come in with a huge bag of clothes to be returned but she was very very nice, quick, and helpful

Why have 7 checkout stands and only have 2 open on a Saturday afternoon when they have sales on everything?! The line was long already but to make things worse, the store manager sat and chatted with a customer (who was fortunate to be checking out) rather than open another check stand. Other customers were complaining in line as well and we were never addressed. A simple sorry for the wait, or we will be right with you, something! I will not go back. I don’t care how good their sales are. Not worth the time standing in line.

This particular Old Navy is my favorite. It’s always so clean and organized, and there’s always some type of sale going on. The line does get long, but the cashiers move it along quite quickly.

This is a large store. They are a bit messy. The bathrooms can use some cleaning up. The employees are helpful when asked to help. I think they can use some organization/​Its conveniant near my job and I stop in sometimes to check to see whats on sale …

Store is clean, clearance section is just that. Sometimes there are awesome deals, sometimes not. Coupons are the way to go here. Limited jean selection at times for boys, everything is skinny. My son is very thin, but needs pants with a bigger seat, husky just falls off. It would be cool if they carried more loose fit. Sometimes not enough cashiers. Turn down the music, and maybe every once in a while try music in another language other than Spanish.

Ok so guess what happens, I go back to see if I can get my favorite vintage T.
My experience is exactly as bad as my last review… no, worse, because they did not have the t in my size, And Of Course, an obnoxious screeching toddler and mommy in front of me in line are taking Ten Million Years to finish putting things back, finding and adding new items as the cashier is ringing them up… And the line keeps growing and no second cashier is called.
Add the Crappy Clearance section, very overpriced, really old stuff, too.
Arrrghhh! Why Why!?! Every. Single. Time.

Today I return some items that I purchased online. I hate returning things more than anything. I don’t like the hassle and the questions. I went and got in line and as easy as 123 my money was refunded to me!

The staff they had working during the holiday season were rude. They should hire more staff for the holiday season. The place is unorganized !

I have become quite the shopper at Old Navy. Quite a change from my days of being a little Anthro zealot. I think my frequent Old Navy shopping days started around the time I began showing (pregnancy). I needed maternity clothes and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on clothes I would only use for a limited time. So I went to Old Navy, picked up some good priced stretchy dresses and skirts, and ta-​da! I had a maternity wardrobe that didn’t dry up my wallet. Now that I am not pregnant but still fighting the battle of the pregnancy bulge, Old Navy continues to serve its purpose — good, cheap clothes. Plus, I LOVE their baby section. Their baby clothes are very cute, not too costly, and are durable wash after wash after wash.
I really like their tank tops. So many colors and they fit nicely. They don’t lose their stretch, no matter how many times I wash and dry them.
I went in today to look for items to add to my work wardrobe. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything for me. Only shorts, tanks, and tees. Summer clothes, really. I guess no one works in the summer so that is reason no work appropriate attire? Not one summer dress in the store that I could try on. But this is the norm for Old Navy — it is usually a hit or miss when I am shopping for myself.

Came in here, admittedly a little late in the year, for a solid colored hoodie zipup. Alas, they only had a few choices left (teal, green, blue, and orange). Of the small number of choices, there were very few in my size, mostly XXLs left. I didn’t really expect anyone to have jackets this far in to spring. What was pretty bad was the service. The store was pretty empty and not once was I approacehed or even acknowledged by anyone who worked there.
Will I be back? No unless I have to come back. I don’t really shop at Old Navy anyway and now I know why.

This Old Navy has always had super friendly and helpful customer service. Not only does it have a huge sale section, but it also is really organized. The aisles are clear of clutter and the racks are neat. The only reason why I am deducting a star is because usually the lines can get pretty long. It will go by fast and the cashier will still be nice to you though which keeps me coming back. Once while trying out some pants, the size did not fit me and the girl working the dressing room was nice enough to go check for me and bring me back two different sizes to try on.

Was on a shopping spree and decided to step in Old Navy. The prices are usually slashed so thats
a plus considering Im always looking for a bargain and Im on a mission to buy some summer dresses.
