My first time here I got in so quick my second time here if been here for an hour? I made an app and some chick who had adjust walked in like 44 min later goes in first wtf?
Other than that the service and staff were really nice helpful

The office staff is nice always willing to help and answer questions. I like that you can always get in to see the doctor even when you don’t have an appointment.

I have been to this location in the past and have scheduled appointments. I scheduled an appointment to go in today and sat in the waiting hour for over an hour before i was called back. I was then told it would be another hour before a technician could see me. I let them know i had to leave to get to work on time. If you have to wait two hours and no one notifies you of the wait, what is the point of booking an appointment? I am not one to normally Unilocal about anything. But if you make an appointment here i wouldnt expect to be seen in anything resemblant of a timely manner. What a waste of time.

Such friendly and quick service. I was only there less than an hour and received all my tests so quickly. it was such a easy experience.

I had an appointment on Saturday to switch my birth control prescription. It’s located right next to a hospital, so it’s somewhat discreet and easy to find. I couldn’t have missed it anyways since there was a group of pro-​lifers protesting on the street in front of it. Seriously, some people need to find something better to do than harassing women in their free time. It’s a very clean place and always has water and a movie playing in the waiting room so you don’t get too bored or dehydrated while waiting. By the way, if you’ve never been to a planned parenthood, the wait time is usually at least 2 hours so plan accordingly (no pun intended). The doctor was very patient and informative about the different kinds of birth control pills, what was in my medication, how it worked, when I should take it, and so on. Overall I had a great experience here. They’re not at all judgmental (or at least very trained in the art of hiding it), patient, informative, and friendly!

I love this planned parenthood. Very fast and efficient. I came in at 1230 and was told 2 – 4 hours but I was out of there at 145. It’s always so fast for me and it’s never crowed. I love this one the girls are always so professional and nice. I have yet to met a rude staff member. I think my doctors name was Mary– she’s a peach!

Great experience here! Staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean, and everyone made me feel comfortable.

I’m a medical student so to me how the staff treats me is everything. Everyone I’ve ever talked to in this place has been nothing but nice and informative. The facility is clean and is not crowded like other places I been to.

My girl friend came here for information on birth control and decided to get the injection method. The place is very clean, and receptionists seemed to be nice. My girl friend said the staff who took care of her and administered the shot was very helpful and answered all of her questions. The only thing I would ask for improvement is the waiting area. Although it was clean, it was just very stuffy and hot. Other than that it was a good experience overall.

This place was like a breath of fresh air compared to my last two visits at the alhambra location. Alhambra planned parenthood was fully booked so I had To make an appointment at the Glendora location. Staff were extremely friendly, fast and efficient! It was worth driving the extra 20 mins and I will definitely use this location from now on.

Although I have health insurance, I still find myself coming to Planned Parenthood for a variety of minor issues because it’s discreet (only if you don’t provide health insurance, in which case, services are free), easy, and fast.
My default PP center is the El Monte location, but I came to Glendora to take advantage of their general health care services and this is probably my favorite location now. Glendora’s services include: general health care, women’s health care, men’s health care, birth control, emergency contraception, pregnancy testing & services, abortion services, STD testing, treatment & vaccines, and HIV testing.
I was very impressed with this facility — very clean, very organized, and probably the largest PP I’ve ever visited. The staff was also incredibly nice. Because PP services are usually free, the clientele comprises of mostly lower-​income families. Glendora’s clientele seemed to be the opposite of that and instead of showing Jerry Springer on TV (like the El Monte center), they were playing The Devil Wears Prada. I was pleasantly surprised and it made my waiting time pass by much more smoothly than it would have had I’d been bombarded with Maury’s «You are NOT the father!» screams instead.
Tip: Always make an appointment or you’ll end up waiting for hours.

Great office. All the girls are very nice. The Clinician was very informative. The process was fast and professional. I’ll defiantly come back to this office. This office insert IUDs with the green card. They provide u with. And also cover the vasectomy with the same card. I called everywhere to find out if the cover it and of course the girls in the front didn’t have the right info. But this office does…

Never coming here again! Had a horrible experience. The lady in the front desk was rude and had attitude towards to me I don’t know what her problem was. I arrived at the clinic a little late and she didn’t want to take me in I even told her I was willing to wait longer since I was late she refused and said no come back tomorrow so she scheduled me an appointment to come back tomorrow so I did. The reason for my visit was to get my IUD removed because its been causing me a lot of problems anyways so the next day I went and the doctor couldn’t remove it all she did was move it around and I started to cramp I felt like she was nervous and didn’t know what she was doing and then to find out she couldn’t get it out so she scheduled me an appointment to the Pasadena location the following day at 11 am. The day came and I wasn’t going to make it at 11 so i called in and switched my appointment to 1:30 p. m I showed up at around 1:20 and the lady there didn’t want to take me in because nobody notified them I had switched my appointment they were expecting me at 11 when I had clearly called and said I wasn’t going to make it oh and that’s another thing I hate, when you call you don’t speak with the people directly you speak with an operator I don’t know how they have their thing set up point is they don’t communicate very well it wasn’t my fault the person I talked to to switch my appointment didn’t notify them so they didn’t take me in that day I was very upset I cried with frustration because I wasted gas and gas is pricey right now. I also wasted my time and she knew I was upset she seen it in my face so they scheduled me an appointment for the next day first thing in the morning I said to myself I’m going to give this another try and come back so I did and then the next day came and I STILL wasn’t seen because the practitioner had an emergency and had to leave that day I spoke to the manager and she told me herself that the person that took care of the IUD removals had to leave I was more than mad at this point then she wanted me to come back next week at 2:30 p. m (I COULDN’T WAIT ANYMORE I NEEDED THIS IUD OUT ASAP) I just gave up I got a referral from my doctor and went to another doctors office to get this out (SOMETHING I SHOULD HAVE DONE A LONG TIME AGO!!). I couldn’t take it anymore I wasn’t going to keep wasting time and gas for nothing that week was the most frustrating hectic week of my life !!! Today July 3^rd I went to my appointment where I was referred to and turned out the gynecologist couldn’t get it out either he said the reason he couldn’t get it out was because part of it is stuck to my tissue he said for only being implanted for 6 months that shouldn’t happen that usually happens when its been in there for 12 years or so he thinks the procedure was done incorrectly or the IUD that was put in me was a bad one he said something was not done right. Now I have to go back to Planned Parenthood (which I don’t!) but that’s what he recommends they placed it in there THEY have to get it out! And now i have to get sedated because it will be painful to get it out DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! I STRONGLY wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it sucks going through all this and I’ve been in pain !

I decided to get my yearly check up and rang up the Glendora location located across the street from Albertson and inside the medical structure.
I made an appt for the afternoon and was greeted by the front desk lady. She was so friendly and helpful and being that I am so use to rude and unwelcoming nurses at Free Facilities, I was pleasantly surprised. I filled a quick 2 page sheet and was called in relatively fast to get my check up. The facility itself was extremely cleaned and didn’t feel too much like a «hospital» a major plus in anyone that might be nervous about coming to planned parenthood for the first time.
I had to get my blood drawn to make sure everything was normal, usually the process of getting my blood drawn always leave me a little light headed but the nice male nurse did it quick and .umm slightly painless job. He even offered me water to make sure I was okay, another shock value since I rarely even get a smile from any other planned parent facilities?!! Anyways, I saw the sweet physician and was given a goody bag and off I go!
I wasn’t going to review planned parenthood as it’s a more private matter– But they totally deserve the 5 star rating!

All the ladies here are such angels and are very polite, understanding, and helpful.
However, I hate that even when I have an appointment, I always end up waiting at least 45 minutes to an hour just to be called in. I don’t think I’ve ever been helped within 30 minutes of my appointment time. And then I always end up waiting another 20 – 30 minutes in a room for someone to help me.
They need to time manage better.
Be prepared to spend an hour and a half here, at the least.

Went here today for services. According to the website all their services are available on a walk-​in basis, without an appointment. So no reason to call, right? Wrong. If you are thinking of coming here, make sure you call and make sure they can provide the services you are seeking when you are thinking of coming in.
When I tell them what I would like to have done, they inform me there they do not have a provider on site today, and that I would have to come back another day.
What a joke. I was livid, and very upset. I drove a decent distance and rushed to make it to this place before they closed.
I ended up getting what I needed at East Valley Community Health Center in West Covina, ironically much closer to my home. Wish I had just gone there originally and saved myself the trouble. Either way, now I know to avoid this place.
I will say though, as far as Planned Parenthood’s go, this one is very nice and clean inside. But that’s kinda irrelevant if you can’t get what you need done here.
