As sales manager for Podley Properties’ Glendora and Monrovia offices, Randy is recognized as a leader. As a Realtor, Randy has been recognized every year for top sales since his «Rookie of the Year» award presented to him when he first received his license in 1998. While excellent in negotiations, his utmost care is fulfilling the goals of the clients who trust him. Residing in Glendora, Randy is active in the community with his children and with coaching the community youth sports baseball team.

Randy is a leader in the Real Estate Industry and has recently formed the 210 Real Estate Group. The 210 Real Estate Group, while primarily serving the foothill communities along the 210 Freeway, are dedicated in providing real estate information in a simple, yet effective format. Supporting his mission to fulfill the needs and wants of his clients, he continues to make the connection between families selling homes with families that are purchasing them. Randy’s professional approach will inspire, educate and problem solve, while serving his clients for what is one of the most important decisions in their life. When navigating the sometimes challenging and overwhelming process, it is his job to manage expectations while empowering his clients to make great decisions.
