Update: I will never come back here again. I used to come here with all of my vehicles and buy sets of tires, oil changes, etc. ever since the last manager (Wally) left, this place has gone downhill. Wally used to take care of the customers as if they were family, the new guys there just want to take your money. I came in for an oil change late last year and requested my tires be rotated. I double checked by asking them if my tires had been rotated as my front tires were bald and my rear tires were near perfect and they insisted it was done. I crashed that night because my front end slid out in a turn, I found out they never rotated my tires. I then went out and bought a 2016 Subaru and brought it in for new tires at 8k miles. Paid $ 900 for some nitto NT05 tires (track oriented tires) and paid extra for the tire protection plan. I just went in today to get a tire rotation (should be free) and they refused to rotate my tires because of the way I drive. 1. I paid extra for free tire rotations when it should be free. 2. Because of the way I drive? If I’m spending $ 900 every 3 months on tires, they should be more than happy to rotate them 2 – 3 times. 3. He told me to «take the car where you get your oil changes and have them do it»…umm you guys do my oil changes… I will never go back.
And when I paid $ 900 for my new tires, it took them 8 hours to mount them in my car. My car was on the rack for 3 hours… when they said my car would be done in 2 hours.
I’m usually paying $ 2500 for tires on my trucks and you can bet your a** I won’t buy them here. Now I’m at San Dimas tire pros and they were more than happy to rotate my tires for free.

Got a set of tires on Thursday. They sold me a package with alignment but didn’t perform the alignment due to closing time. Drop the car on Sat @8:45 picked it up @ noon even though I called before they haven’t perform the alignment. Then they tried to blame me for exchange a lug nut that took them 1 and ½ HR to replace, saying that because they didn’t charge me for it they didn’t perform the alignment but that they still can do it. Really? You charged me for an alignment but then don’t want to do it because you changed a part you offered to do for free previously? And now it’s my fault for you to tell me car was ready. Wow!
I better never come back Mister Tire Pros.

Excellent service and prices. Blew a tire out around 5 pm on the freeway and called about 5 tire shops… most other places I called were unwilling to help so late, or tried charging a ton for the tires. Called here and spoke to Joe, who was a huge help and said they could take care of me, so I got towed there by AAA, they replaced all four of my truck tires in a half hour… I kid you not. And at 150 per tire it was priced better than all other shops. I was going back home by 6 pm, and didn’t have to miss work the next day. Great work by the mechanics and excellent customer service by Joe. Thanks again guys.

Which is saying something, as I live 101 miles away.
Wally, Harry and the back room specialist are all top notch.
Simply impossible to get better service anyway.

I showed up at Tire Pros this morning with a flat tire in need of repair. The tires on my truck are 9 years old, but since I only put 1000 miles on it a year, I’m reluctant to shell out money for a new set. The tech who helped me didn’t try to sell me anything, other than letting me know the tread is pretty worn on my tires (and showed me how tread on new tires is supposed to look). It turns out I had a nail in my tire.
They offered to plug the tire at no cost, and did so within 5 minutes. Checked the air in my other tires and I was on my way. Thank you Tire Pros!

March 13th and I’m at jiffy lube. mechanic told me that my passenger axle wasn’t adjusted correctly and that because of this my tranny might be messed up (if only tire pros would of done a correct job) I wouldnt have a problem 2 months later.
[the u ring that is connected into the axle is completely out and you can literally play with it]
Also, the parts have a 6 month warranty but because this place is crooked I’m taking me service else where!!!

I got a huge bolt stuck on my front tire. I read the Unilocal reviews and decided to stop by. The reviews are no exaggeration, customer service is outstanding. Wally and Omar greeted me upon entering. While Wally wrapped up with a customer Omar assessed the damage and assured me it would be no problem to plug. Before I knew it my truck was ready to go. They must have been in the holiday spirit because they didn’t want to charge me. I will definitely be going back for my tire needs.

Harry is one of my clients and right off the bat I could tell that he is a genuine and honest person. So when it came due to get my oil change, who else should I go to for genuine and honest work? Harry at Tire Pros, duh!
Even when calling their shop you can hear in their voice enthusiasm and willingness to help you.
I dropped off my car in the morning and it was ready for me to pick up by lunch time. They even did a free inspection to make sure everything else in my car is running smoothly. I’m coming up due to get new tires, and Harry went into full detail on what tires I need and the options of brands I have. He also went outside to show me exactly what to look out for to see if my tires are coming due. He did not have to go into detail and explain pricing and options with me, but he did so anyway because that’s what EXCEPTIONAL customer service is.
Harry didn’t pressure me at all into purchasing new tires, he made his recommendation with pricing and emailed it to me along with my transaction report.
Harry and his team really give honest work, which is why they’re the Tire Pros!

I hate having to go a mechanic shop, but going to this place makes the hate dissipate. This is coming from a guys perspective, they never tried to up-​sell to me or my friend.
Very reasonable price across the board. I have had oxygen sensors replaced, brakes bled, battery and oil changes.

and through the site I found Route 66 Tire Pros as installer. They had high reviews both on tirebuyer and Unilocal,plus I was surprised that their price was one of the lowest. So I selected them as my installer and waited for my tires to arrive.
After receiving notification my tires were in, I called to setup an appointment for the next day. Came in and was greeted by Wally who told me the wait would be around 2 hours. I asked if I should pay first and he said it was fine to wait till the end. The waiting area is somewhat small but it was clean and didn’t bother me one bit. They had amenities to offer, but I did not use/​take any due to me being engrossed by my book. About 1.5 hours pass and my car is done with installation. Wally tells me the price and I told him about my Tirebuyer quote and he looked at it and without any complaint, he honors it. I shook his hand after paying and was on my merry way.
Overall this was a great and professional place to have my tires installed. I went out of my way to come here and was pleased with the service, value and friendliness.

I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area. I was initially referred to this place by my boss who has been taking his car here for years. I’m so glad that I listened to his advice and since then I’ve referred several friends here, as well, and they’ve all been happy with their services.
Both Wally and Harry are very friendly and their customer service is superb. I’ve come here a few times when I needed work done on my car and they’ve always done a great job and their prices are very fair and reasonable. They go out of their way to show me what I need, so I don’t feel like I’m just another girl being duped at the mechanic– which is great! They are very upfront and honest about what you need and they’ll give you a timeframe for getting things fixed, as well.
They have a small waiting room in the main lobby area and the bathroom is very clean. There isn’t a lot of parking, but since they aren’t usually crazy busy, it works fine and I’ve never had a problem finding a place to park.
Right now they have a check-​in offer for a oil change and tire rotation for only $ 14.95! Such a great deal! Consider giving this place a chance the next time you need work done on your car… you won’t regret it.
