It was no problem to call and get in a mother-​daughter appointment at the end of the day, 45 minutes before closing. Jade and her staff were very welcoming. The salon was being cleaned up before they closed and they were very thorough it seemed with all the pedi spas being sterilized worth disinfectants, including bleach. The entire staff seemed to know the routine. Also, they took time to do a good job despite us being their last appointment. This salon is located in a small nondescript neighborhood shopping center, which I’ve gone to for years. Royal Retreat is run like a salon in a fancier area, because the environment is very pleasant and elegant. Right now, if you pay cash, your name is put into a monthly raffle for a free mani-​pedi drawing!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and I cannot say enough great things about Jade and her team! They are all so kind and do such a great job.

This place is amazing, the staff is very nice and courteous, the place décor us just beautiful, music is amazing, and service was top notch. And Jade the owner very sweet and she connects with her clients. Highly recommend. My daughter is very happy with her nails and I myself got a pedi and I feel like I’m walking on clouds.

I’ve been to many nail salons, conveniently it’s close to home and their service here has always been excellent. I have had some horrid services else were but the staff here has always been nice and courteous! The owner jade is just a pure hearted and happy person, every time I get my nails done, my conversations are always memorable! I haven’t had a chance to leave a post but I recommend this place and will continue to come here for as long as she has business here. They always do their best to leave their customers happy and I support this place 100%.

They do amzing work. And they give really good pedicures. The Price is decent 42 for a gel fill and pedicure. Just make sure you make an appointment.

My favorite little nail place!
I came here with my mom and were helped right away. The vibe is super relaxed and I love how cute the walls and décor was. I got a full set and pedi, the took there time and my nails look really good. A little pricier then most places, but definitely worth it! The owner jade is very nice too!

Love it, love it, love it!!! I’ve been to this salon twice now and have been very impressed every time. Jade has been my manicurist both times and done an awesome job both times. I usually look online to get nail design ideas and every time Jade has gone above and beyond to get the design just right. Her customer service is impeccable, her salon is so clean and stylish. She as well as her staff is so friendly. I have definitely found my new nail salon!!!

I was blessed to have the best pedicure of my life here with Ken about a month ago. Very attentive to detail, and the foot massage was great! Later tonight I’ll be going in for a pedicure again and a gel mani. I hope he’s working! If not, I hope whoever helps me out is just as good! Customer service overall was very pleasant. Very cute and clean nail spa. Had my Gel Manicure done today and my nails look awesome. They have a very large selection of Gel Nail Color OPI and Gelish, also lots of regular nail polish colors as well. All staff are very friendly they have very good customer service here. Oh and complementary water was nice since it’s such a hot day. I highly recommend this place and bonus they are open on Sunday’s.

Decided to treat myself to a mani/​pedi today to celebrate my promotion at work. The Royal Retreat Nail and Spa, truly make you feel like royalty. The service is excellent and the I was very pleased with what I asked for. Location is very convenient, lots of parking and VERY CLEAN. Instruments are sterilized (they make you sign the sterilized package as proof. That is definitely a plus in my medical background.
Thank you Royal Retreat, will be back with my friends and maybe husband=)

The spa seats are so comfortable sit in the service was top of its game.
So at the end of everything I just had done my total including Tip was only $ 60!!!
And believe me I’m a Happy Lady
I’ll definitely be coming back

Great customer service! I had my acrylic overlay removed and expressed my concerns about my natural nails being too thin afterward; The owner, Jade suggested that I should only get a regular manicure and let my own nails strengthen before getting gel or acrylic again. I’m extremely appreciative of her honesty and not try to upsell her services for profit. She gave me tips on how to maintain my manicure to last longer and even how to grow out my nails naturally. Love the fact that she cares about her customers which is very hard to find these days.
I’m very happy with my manicure and will come back for other services.

Sooo this is the first time I got my nails done here. The first time I came 40min before they close and they had the doors locked. –_​_​_​– I live around the corner and the salon looked cute. Fine. Soo I decided to come back today and give them a second chance to get it together.
I came to get a simple pedicure & it was $ 17!!!
The girl looked tired and like she didn’t want to be there. She first cut my big toe and it hurt like fuck then she hurt another toe. Then I said my toe really hurts and please not touch it any more. The manager came over. They were both laughing and speaking in another language. I was super annoyed but the damage was done.
Like an idiot I paid and I’m now sitting here wig a red swollen toe from this place!!!
Btw I never leave bad reviews but I’ll be pissed if this gets infected. I have work tomorrow :(

Before I leave a review… I actually like to go visit the location a few times and have several services done to make sure they are 5 star worthy… To say the least… I am so IMPRESSED with this salon… They have far exceeded My salon expectations with their customer service… Prices and presentation… My first time walking in Jade (the owner) greeted me like no other and now ever time I go in, I feel like they’re all family. I’ve had Ken work on my nails and Lisa and have been so IMPRESSED each time… I get my eyebrows done (go see Tiffany, she’s the BOMB)… I haven’t been dissatisfied once with my services… I have never raved about any other other nail salon ever… But now, I tell everyone about my little nail retreat place… If you get the chance… Make the appt and try this place out… You won’t be sorry, Jade and the others are the sweetest ever

I have to say that they have outstanding customer service. One of my nails broke shortly after leaving the salon yesterday. I called the salon to ask if I could come in to get it fixed. I wasn’t quite sure if the owner would charge me to fix it or if they would accept that it was salon error. The owner was super nice when I walked in, the technician that did my nails yesterday fixed it right away and once done the owner told me there was no cost with a smile. It wouldn’t have hurt me to pay to get my nail fixed but the fact that they were so nice and didn’t even hesitate to fix the mistake was great.
Unfortunately a few days later two more Nails broke. :(finally just had to go to another salon to have them redo the entire set to make the tips a little thicker to avoid more breaking. I might come back and try them one last time since my first visit was so great. Everyone is entitled to a bad day I just don’t have the time for more than one bad service.

I wanted to leave a quick review before I forget. I just got my nails done 15 mins ago. Price is right, service is great. New to the area and was in search of a new nail salon.
I felt uncomfortable with having men do my nails, and it’s probably because of a past experience I had at another nail salon. But I let Jade, the owner know and she told me there will be a wait which I was okay with and quickly assigned two of her girls to me.
I had a recent mosquito attack on my legs and was somewhat embarrassed about all the bites. I didn’t care too much for the guy who kept standing around and staring at my feet making comments about how they were bedbugs almost making me feel like I am dirty or something. But I won’t dock the stars for it because I didn’t receive service from him.
Had a great conversation with jade while I was getting my nails done and just wanted to wish her success. The atmosphere and her efforts of putting this place together paid off. It’s absolutely lovely and definitely coming back.
