Service King Collision Repair of Glendora

Provided service on Christmas eve. Excellent service. Repair finished a week earlier than estimated. Beautiful work.
They called me twice a week to update on the repair progress.
I would definately use again

I was so happy with everything from the first phone call to the end of the repair. The gal at the front desk (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) was so friendly and helpful. Jerry took the time to look at our vehicle and listen to the concerns I had. Some places look at you like your barely know where the key goes when your a woman, but he did not do that. (Which I really appreciate). He even went out of his way to have the door molding fixed before I left on the day he looked at the vehicle. They returned phone calls to keep you updated and they got our vehicle in very quick. I would recommend to anyone and would go back if we needed any other repairs. Thanks to everyone. The office was very clean and had plenty of room to sit and wait.

I just picked up my car yesterday and am extremely happy with the work and service. Tri was my main contact and did a good job on keeping me updated. When I went into the office,
the front office lady Adriana was always smiling and willing to help. I LOVED Marcos Autobody, and was disappointed when they retired. But knowing that a lot of the employees went to Service King I was hopeful. Sure enough, it was very similar service. My car was detailed (washed and waxed) and fixed in the condition before the accident. I hope I don’t have to go back but if something happens, I know where I’m headed.

The finished work on my car is amazing. I met the general manager and he is nice too. I will definitely keep them in mind for any car repairs in the future.

If you ever need repair work done on your car… This is the place to go! The customer service is amazing. Danny is always the one that helps me. Cool guy! I’ve taken my soccer mom van to Caliber in Claremont and they did a horrible job! Thank god I had AAA insurance. I was able to take it to Service King in Glendora and they fixed it the right way. My BMW has been here a couple of times too! Honestly great place!

Just my luck some jerk hits my new car while it’s parked and takes off. Talk about bad luck. Anyways, I wasn’t about to drive around with a busted bumper. So I did my research and ended up taking my car to Service King in Glendora. The staff is super friendly and professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I got my car back in a few days and it looks AMAZING now thanks to them. THANK YOU Service King! You guys rock!

At the suggestion of State Farm Insurance, I took my car to Service King. Jerry was my contact there and was extremely communicative. I also liked the texting service to update me on the car … obviously it is mostly automatic every few days with sometimes quirky messages («your car is happy here») but considering how difficult it can be to get information out of car mechanics sometimes, this was a welcome change. The car looks great repaired.
I will say that I feel like I got lucky that my car was transferred to SK Glendora from the SK Pasadena. All three interactions I had with the Pasadena location guy who was supposed to be handling my car were poor. If I ever need body work again, I will happily drive my car directly to Glendora instead of going to Pasadena because they communicated in such a straightforward and proactive manner.

I had to come here because of a vandalism on my car. My driver side door was completely scratched from it being keyed, and both mirrors were completely broken off!
I was treated wonderfully, they were so nice and so informative. They answered literally every question I had. They also let me know what stage my car was in and they had such urgency to get it fixed and ready back to me. They even cleaned the inside and outside! My car looked way way way way better then it ever has. Definitely will recommend them to anyone who needs repairs on their car.

Jerry Rodriguez and the entire staff at Service King did an excellent job in getting my bumper repaired on my Infiniti QX60. They kept me apprised of the status via phone and email and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product — just like new. I highly recommend these guys for all your body work needs!

Carlos took my dodge ram 2012 in for a rear collision. He made sure the truck was well taken care of. He went above and beyond with my repairs on the truck. I gove him more then 110% satisfaction and will recommend my friends to use service king and to see carlos.

The other persons insurance company, State Farm, referred me to Service King in Glendora. I couldn’t have been happier! Danny and Adriana and the staff were awesome! They kept me informed and my car was done sooner than expected, and it looked better than it did when I dropped it off! Headed up to the Glendora Ca. Service King Collision Center for the first time earlier this month and had the best auto body shop experience ever. I was helped out by one of their estimators named Danny Perez. Throughout the entire time I was there Danny was very helpful with giving me step by step instructions on what was going to happen to my car. I was rear ended and my rear bumper was hit pretty bad. Danny walked me thru the entire process of what was going to happen from the minute I walked away until the minute I picked up my car. He gave me a estimated time of completion of 48 hours, I thought it was a random ETA just to keep me happy, but certainly not, thru the entire process of the job Danny was sending me updates of what was going on with my car. He even called me to ask me if I wanted to replace a certain clip that was missing in the car, instead of just doing it and charging me for something I didn’t even need. Just as promised, 48 hours later I was back at the shop and my car was looking just like new, couldn’t even recognize it, it looked so good. Body shop did a great job with the car. They even provided a free car wash and cleaned my interior. Like I said, it looked like new. I highly recommend this shop for anyone that is looking for great quality work done on their car and at a affordable rate that won’t break you wallet. I came in for an estimate from AAA Danny took good care and explained the process on how the repairs would take place he was very descriptive helped me understand more on repair process hands down one of the best experience thank you Danny and service King.

These guys are awesome. I dealt with Danny and he kept me up to date thru the whole process. Would send me pictures so that I could see which state my vehicle was in. When I would stop by he would offer to show me the car. Which I really enjoyed because I saw the clean work environment and the perfect cuts the technicians would make. Cuts made to the areas looked laser perfect. Don’t know how they do that. Anyway final outcome was perfection. Car looks as if it was never involved in an accident.

Robert Pâté the general manger is an awesome guy. I had a paint scrape on my left bumper that happened because of a stupid mistake. I took it to 2 places and got bids for $ 800 and $ 600 I Unilocaled service King and drove over there. I was immediately greeted by Robert and he buffed out my scrape in about 2 minutes and did it for free! It went from looking horrible to looking like a 1 inch paint scrape. He said that those prices were correct if we were painting the whole bumper but he definitely put the customer first and I went from spending $ 800 or $ 600 to spending nothing!!! Robert and Service King are awesome especially when it’s hard to find car guys that are honest now a days. So thank you Robert once again if you need honest car guys who will help you out in a tough spot I suggest you take your business here!

I brought my SUV here to get some repairs done because I was involved in an accident. Every one here was really friendly and very knowledgeable of what was going to get repaired and the parts they would need. I walked in and the receptionist was absolutely fabulous. She had my paper work ready to go and even called the car rental place to pick me up and take me to their location. Danny was really helpful and explained to me what was going to get repaired and even kept me updated by calling to to give me the status on my vehicle. I was able to pick up my vehicle 5 days before the actual estimated date they had given me so they work fast! I love it! I am very pleased with the repairs my 4Runner looks amazing. I am so happy my insurance State Farm was able to help me locate them. Once again I would like to thank Danny and his amazing crew and the staff would such an amazing experience.

Brought my 2006 Scion TC here to get a lot of work done to the passenger side through insurance about a month ago.
From start to finish the service received was outstanding, and I am a collision repair critic… meaning I can be a pain in the butt. However, its my car and I want service done the right way the first time. Needless to say this shop came through and impressed me. Even when a week later I was having issue with my radio. It turned out to be unrelated but Danny still helped me get it figured out.
My main point of contact was Danny and had some stellar customer service. Also, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. She had my rental car there and ready before I I will definitely be bringing any car I have back here for repairs. I recommend this place!

Go ask for Gregory, he’s the best! He’ll go to extra mile for his customers!
When I had my tires slashed, I needed to call a body shop to pick my car up and fix it ASAP. My insurance company recommended Service King due to their excellent service record. I called their office at 6:45 AM and Gregory picked up. Even though my call came outside of their regular business hours, he arranged a pick up for my car and gave me a comprehensive list of services they offered for customers in my situation. He promised to get my car done by 5:30 PM that same day. I was skeptical at first, but just like he promised, I was called at 5:25 PM to pick up my car. Gregory himself picked me up from my home and drove me to the body shop. I arrived at the shop to find my car washed and vacuumed. They had used protective liner on my seats and floor mats to ensure that my car was CLEANER than I left it.
This is exactly what I’m looking from a body shop: Flawless, Excellent service! Two Thumbs Up for Gregory and his team at Service King!

I was really looking forward to having my repairs done here after reading all of the outstanding reviews, but now I have a toal change of heart.
I came in for an estimate to send to the insurance on a Thursday. This is Monday of the following week and I hadn’t heard anything from Service King or the insurance co, so I thought I would follow-​up. Well come to find out the rep at Service King I worked with says his computer crashed on Friday so he no longer has my photos and therefore cannot send my estimate to the insurance. My first question to him: why wasn’t I ever contacted about this? It seems like a HUGE thing! He had no answer or explanation.
Unprofessional and incompitant are two words that come to mind when thinking of Service King. I hope they fire this rep. I will be finding a new repair shop on my own.
