I actually had major work done on my car
I needed to replace my brakes and my tires. Mood quoted me $ 380 for 4 tires, $ 160 to replace my brakes and rotate my rotors for front and back. Labor was included for both services and I brought the brake pads. I left the car and came back at the end of the day. Mood told me that all rotors needed to be replaced so he added an additional $ 35 for the front set and $ 35 for the back set, plus he included tax for the tires. The tires by the way I noticed later, he showed me Kelly Charger-​GT tires that he was going to install before I left, he installed Kelly Edge tires instead. I paid for the work and I received a receipt with absolutely no description of what kind of work he performed on my vehicle. It just says Manual Transaction $ 632.10. I asked him for an itemized receipt and he said his computer has a virus so to come back another day. I went to the shop the next week and he said the computer is still messed up. I went again the next week and he said he gave me a receipt already, I reminded him that he did not give me anything that shows that I purchased Kelly brand tires and four rotors. I need proof of purchase or else I have no warranty which Mood told me was 50,000 miles for the Kelly tires and lifetime for the rotors. So he told me to come the next day and he’ll print something out for me. I came the next day before work and he printed out only a description of Kelly Charger-​GT tires and told me that’s my warranty (again wrong tires and he blamed the wrong tires on me). I explained to him again I need proof of purhase for the work done showing I paid for the parts with the tire brand and rotor brand listed. This time his excuse was that he’s changing from one receipt company to another receipt company which is taking a while so he can not give me a receipt because he’s not certified until the transfer is complete. I told him a written receipt serves as a receipt, please write me an itemized receipt and he blatantly refused and keeps asking me to come back next week. I came back one last time and he was nowhere to be found.
So this is my ongoing problem with Mood. I’m only asking for warranty proof because he promised me all the parts come with warranty. He refuses to give me proof and every time I talk to him he gets more and more defensive. It leads me to question his shop work ethics, obviously there is no warranty and he didn’t even call me to ask for permission to install the rotors. He’ll do everything he can to finish the job quick and will not hesitate to add more parts without your permission and at your own expense with nothing to show you own those new parts if they were to be defective. I just hope that the parts are legit and were installed correctly. I will not be using his services again and will not recommend anyone.

I took in my 2011 BMW M3 for a very simple tire repair due to a nail puncture. In the process of the repair they damaged my 19″ rim and wouldn’t admit fault even though I observed them during the repair process and witnessed when they made the damage! Apparently they did not have the proper equipment to de-​mount and re-​mount the tire onto the rim. The shop supervisor told me he could do the repair but failed to mention that he did not have the equipment to complete a clean job. The supervisor was very rude and the mechanic lied saying the he didn’t cause any damage. Seriously — Look elsewhere for any car work you want to get done.
They do not want to accept liability and so it looks like I will have to take my case to court.
Update: I ended up taking the rim for repair to the BMW dealership. They charged me $ 150 for the repair. It wasn’t worth it to go through the trouble and time of small claims court, but still, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Got a deal on a super saver discount card for this place. Three free oil changes and 3 half price oil changes for $ 33. Sounds great. Got my car’s oil changed here for the past year. Went to another oil change place and they told me my drain plug was stripped and they couldn’t change my oil. Was told to go back where I got it done last and have them take care of it.
Fast forward a week and I just left their office. When we told them the drain plug was stripped and they were the only ones to change the oil in over a year on my car I was grilled. «How did they know?» Ummm. They climbed under the car and SAW IT. «Did you only go to one place?» Do I NEED more than one other mechanic to verify a stripped drain plug? I assume the other mechanic would have changed my oil and took my money if YOU hadn’t stripped my drain plug. Was told to leave my car all day or return at 3. With three empty bays I’m not sure why they could not look at my car right then. Poor customer service and lack of responsibility.

Good service and great prices. Way better than the San Dimas Goodyear.
I got a screw in my tire and I was in and out in 15mins at no charge since I purchased the tires there.

never come here… they do not stand behind a groupon i bought… the worker said he was the manager very rude… no one was there so could not understand his rudeness and lack of customer service

First let me say do not usually feel the need to write a review or go out of my way to complain. My girlfriend bought me a auto care special for the signature tire in Glendora for 3 oil changes. One requirement of the special was that the service was by appointment only. I called around 3 pm on a Saturday and spoke with one of the staff to try and see if they had time to either squeeze me in before they closed or set an appointment for the following Saturday. The person on the phone seemed very irritated and honestly was abrasive and rude. He asked me «what the hell Are you doing calling so late when we close at 5pm?»
I told him my work schedule makes it very difficult to get to their shop during their business hours (I work mon through sat) almost every week usually until 6 pm. He then told me that they’d schedule me the following sat.
Saturday, I missed my appointment because I had to work later than expected (my bad) and called to reschedule. I apologized for missing my appointment and set an appointment for the following Wednesday. This location is open till 6pm weekdays they said the latest I could make an appointment was at 4:30. This time the person I spoke with was nice and told me that as long as I made it in by 5pm they be able to change my oil unless they were too busy. I appreciated this persons customer service and attitude.
I was Able to leave work an hour and a half early Wednesday and made it to the shop at 4:55pm. 1hour and 5 mins before they close and before 5mins before 5pm, which was the time they told me would be okay.
When I arrived they had closed the shop an hour early and there was no one to answer the phone. The signage still said business hours 8am — 6pm (mon — fri).
Them doing this plus the first conversation I had with a person that was rude and gave me an attitude tipped me into the not wanting to come here for anything mentality.
The worst part is that the oil changes are already paid for. So unfortunately, I will very reluctantly have to call back and try to reschedule to drive back here and loose more paid time and possibly be faced to face with a shop that may have once again closed an hour ahead of time and wasted more if my time and money.

Living Social offered a deal for $ 50 that includes a wheel alignment, rotation, and balance. Sounds like an amazing deal right? This type of service usually goes for $ 119.
After reading the positive reviews on Unilocal,I expected the service to be quick and to leave satisfied. However, this was not the case. After several attempts (four to be exact) to align my car, it still yielded unsatisfactory results that forced my steering wheel to steer left about 10 degrees. Also, the rotation and balance was not able to be completed because it took forever to complete. Keep in mind there was only one customer ahead of me and two technicians. However; when two ladies came in after my car was being worked on, they went right ahead and helped them out instead of finishing my vehicle. In addition to losing 2.5 hours of my time, I was convinced by the sales person that I would receive a refund through Living Social but I was denied that offer when I reached out to Living Social.
After the four attempts, they gave up. I had to bring my car into A1 Automotive over at Las Tunas in Rosemead and had to fork over an additional $ 59. These technicians were ASE certified and knew exactly what to do. One task I did not see Signature Tires do is to remove the hub caps off the rim BEFORE you attempt to align the vehicle. A1 Automotive removed the hub cab and proceeded to align my car into its correct position only after ONE TRY.
I basically paid $ 50 to drive out with my car in a far worse condition I brought it into and spent an additional $ 59 to fix Signature Tires work.
WIll not be a continuing customer of Living Social and Signature Tire.

I used a Groupon for a $ 15 oil change here, and it was my first time getting an oil change. They were super friendly and everything was very fast. I was expecting to have to explain that I was a poor college student and didn’t want to pay for any repairs my car supposedly needed, but I didn’t even need to. They handed me back my keys, had me sign the form, and sent me on my way. It was such a relief not to feel pestered or cheated like I expected, I would definitely recommend them!

I wish i could put ZERO stars! Warning, if you own a BMW do NOT take your car here. Found an ad on craigslist for an alignment special and i got exactly what i paid for, which was $ 40 down the drain. They hooked up the computerized alignment machine to the tires, started making adjustments to ONLY the passenger side tire and said they were done. They took the car for a test drive and told me the car still pulls to the left, which was the reason why i took my car there in the first place. And then they came up with the BS explanation that it’s because my car was in an accident and the frame was tweaked and that also it could be because i need 2 front tires, do i hear UPSELL?!
For the things mentioned above, i would have given maybe 2 – 3 starts, but the story continues. After hearing the mechanic tell me my car has been in an accident i took my car to BMW to get it checked out because i was extremely concerned. For $ 125 BMW corrected my alignment and confirmed my car was never in an accident.
I hope the workers and owner reads this, because if you guys don’t know at least say «we dont know» rather then assuming and charging $ 40 for not doing anything.

What fantastic service! I bought a Groupon for three oil changes and used the first one today. Wow, was I impressed! The service was fast, and unlike the 10-​minute oil change places, they didn’t try to sell me an extra air filter or anything else. Even though the deal included tire rotation, they didn’t do it because of the wear on my tires — but they didn’t try to sell me tires, which was refreshing!
I still have 2 more oil changes left on my Groupon deal, but I will definitely be back after that.
Friendly, easy to understand, clean, and not pushy!

Bought a Groupon for three oil changes, and me and my mom have both been here since and had service done. We have both been very pleased so far.
I had an oil change, and I also had my front brake pads replaced, and my back brakes cleaned and adjusted. I think I got a pretty good deal. I believe the guy’s name was Ruben that worked on my car. He was very nice, and he actually even made sure to bring me out to SHOW ME the wear on my brake pads. So I know they actually needed to be replaced. I even had him get out a new brake pad so I could see the difference. Also, my car is 7 years old, and they still had the original pads. so I knew I probably needed them before I went in. I really appreciated him taking the time to show me and explain it to me.
My only issue was that I wanted to buy the pads from Toyota instead. They were actually a little bit cheaper, and I wanted the factory pads on my car. Now Ruben was totally fine with this, but the other older gentleman was clearly bothered by this and tried to talk me into getting the brake pads there after I told him what I wanted to do, and made me feel a little bad about it. I didn’t really appreciate that.
Either way, I got my way, and I am happy with the service I received. I will likely be back for future services, definitely oil changes since we got another Groupon after our initial experiences were so positive. :)

I’m not a car guy, and like a lot of other people, when I go to get my car serviced I hate getting those BS phone calls where the mechanic says, «Yeah I know you brought it in for this, but while we were digging around under the hood we found all this other stuff that our corporate handbook insists we try to convince you to replace while we are at it.
This place is not so much like that.
I went in there because my engine light came on, and they hooked it up to their computer to translate the codes, and then checked on the problems. When they were done, they said, these are the problems, these are the options for how to fix them. Then they took me over and showed me what they were talking about and it was clear that this piece was broken and this other not functioning as it should.
They gave me a price, along with different options, and a few hours later it was done and working as I expected it to.
Two days later, I got a flat, and having had such a good experience previously, I took it to them again. It was early in the morning and I was trying to get to work as quick as I could, and they knew it.
They said it was a quick and easy fix so they jumped on it and got me in and out in less than 20 minutes and when I was done, they said, „No charge“ You were here two days ago and spent some money with us and this was nothing so don’t worry about it.»
All customer service should be so good.
While I certainly hope my car doesn’t have any further issue, if it ever does I know where I’ll be taking it.
