History
Established in 1985.
Eddie Inglese and his brother-in-law Jim Hermanson opened up the first Spaghetti Eddie’s restaurant in Glendora to rave reviews and left little comparison to other, more generic tasting establishments. Since then, the savory tastes of their genuinely prepared menu has only become more delectable as new menu items from the far reaches of Italy have been added. Whether it’s a family occasion, an intimate dinner or an organization’s get-together, Spaghetti Eddies has always stuck by its motto, «much, much more than just spaghetti!», offering specialty pastas, Italian desserts, subs, pizza, and fresh, crisp salad. Providing both banquet and catering services in addition to dine-in and take-out, Spaghetti Eddie’s prides itself on offering only the freshest, most authentic ingredients in its entrees.

Ed has been in restaurant business for approximately 35 years. He and his business partner and brother-in-law Jim currently own and operate three restaurants All with a purpose to over deliver and create a better than average experience. The group of Foothill restaurants; Tutti Mangia Italian Grill, Spaghetti Eddie’s Italian Restaurant and Eddie’s Pizzeria & Eatery, each has a company focus on «quality, value and taste for any appetite». So if you’re dining casually or out on the town the experience at one of their restaurants should bring you back time and time again.
