Toyota of Glendora

Writing this review after purchasing a RAV4 from Ronald Vaca. We came to Toyota of Glendora specifically to work with Ronald, our friend purchased a car from him in May and raved about how easy and comfortable her experience was with him. I am happy we followed her advise, from the test drives to the paperwork he was patient and knowledgable. We will continue to refer people to Toyota of Glendora.

My husband and I came several times to see Scott about a Toyota Rav4. On our final visit we purchased our vehicle. We would like to thank Scott for his patience. We appreciate how he explained the differences between the models. We have come back with questions a few times and Scott was glad to help us. Thank you again.

The first day I went to this dealership, I was immediately greeted by a gentlemen named Scott Hicks. He was extremely kind to my family and I. I asked him about specifics on the Toyota Corolla and Scion which he explained carefully. On the day of the purchase, Scott was busy but definitely attended me quickly afterwards. Even though I asked for a very specific Corolla, him and the manager were able to reach my expectations. The overall process took about 5 hours until I left the lot with my new Corolla. I really appreciate the work the team has done to get the car I exactly wanted! Thank you!

Bought my 2016 Prius from Hicks a month ago and I couldent be happier! Easy transaction from start to finish and I recommend them to all of my friends and family. Thanks again can’t wait to try out the service department next

Came here to test drive some cars. I had such a bad experience. The person who helped me was a short white guy. I’m 5’4 so he was pretty short. They would only allow me to test out one car. They said they were busy. I swear, I walked and looked around, no one was there. It was a Saturday and maybe he had paperwork to do or check his social media feeds, idk. I told them I was buying a car for my mom. She drives my car so I know what she likes. Anywho, he said come back with your mom. Yeah, it’s a present for my mom, why would I bring her. Plus, he prolly thinks I don’t have the money. Stop profiling people. I’m a doctor and I make enough to buy my mom a car. Just because I dress comfy and I don’t buy expensive purses and accessories to flaunt around doesn’t mean I can’t afford a car. Maybe those aren’t my thing. BUT MY wristwatchES costs more than your car, you IGNORANT FOOL. I just don’t flash it around. Just saying.
So I decided to go back to give them another chance. Why… because I needed a car that day. I didn’t like the way I was treated, again. They said, «why do you have to ask your uncle for help.» Hello, I’m a girl and I know you guys will say anything to sell. Just making sure I’m not getting outsmarted by your manipulative language. I left unhappy again.
Anywho, I went to Longo. Made a deal in 5 min. So much better service AT LONGO TOYOTA. Don’t go here, go to LONGO. And don’t give them your phone number. They just don’t get the hint and they been blocked and they just keep on calling. I guess they don’t have common sense either.

Why does a simple quick oil change becomes an all day ordeal? Dropped off my car at 11 am for a simple oil change, good thing I didn’t take Service manger recommendation to wait 1:30 and went home. 5 hrs later and multiple phone calls later, I am still waiting for my car.
They are a joke

i bought a 2016 camry on january there, a guy named beto sold us the car with lies, promised us that the car will come with washington state plates and none of this was true.
i went back there to see if they can help me, and they not even recognized me!!! their service is horrible will never in my life buy another car there!!! beware they rip you off there! specially that guy beto, hugo and a fat guy that i dont remember his name!!! they put too much pressure in you!!! then good luck if u have a problem with the car!!! allpeople there are bunch of freaking liars!!! hugo, beto

I wish there was a MINUS button for ratings. I started this tragic downfall February 24^th, I had went in for ONE issue. First the idiot Montgomery tried to feed my sum cow crap, because I’m a woman. Three visits later, I still have the same problem, here it is June and now I’m thinking LEGAL issue. Michael

Realllllllly bad customer service. Came in at 11 with no cars in sight to get service and quoted 3 hours for an oil change. I believe the rep. David Milan didn’t want any more business or had something personal. I went to guest relations and spoke with lila salsman. She said she couldn’t help me and to look for the service manager. Ok, Don’t get off your seat for 8 hours. Finally spoke to the service manager and he tried to fix the problem. I explained to him it was to late and he has to fire all the worthless workers.

Our experience at Toyota of Glendora is one I will share with family, friends and Glendora citizens. I wish to share with dealership owner /​GM Bob L that my father (US Army) Sgt. recently passed, leaving my elderly mother in need of a new car.
Salesman Armando Puyolt and Bill Yates served us well. Frankly, if not for the honesty, empathy and professionalism of Mr Bill Yates we would not have made a deal.
My mother is a tier 1 buyer and is very please with her 2016 Scion. My friend of many years also made a purchase that same day. We agreed this is a wonderful family-​based dealership for our community.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman by the name of David. He proceeded to explain everything I needed to know and took care of things quickly and efficiently. It may be a smaller dealership, but the team works well together. Everyone is happy to help. George in the service department knows how to get you the best deal for the best price. Unlike other ones (Pasadena), these guys don’t try to take advantage of you. I drive 35 minutes to see these guys instead of the 2 that it would take me to go to Pasadena. They go above and beyond here and make the longer drive out worth it.

I come here once in a while just for maintenance, so I can only review that part. Service department representatives have always been keen on what was necessary and what could wait when it came to the vehicles that I’ve brought in over the years. I’ve never felt that they were «trying to get you». You can feel a certain care towards the longevity of your Toyota when you roll in. It’s a smaller shop by comparison to the other Toyota dealerships in the general area, but they seem to get the same number of customers. Therefore, the wait times for maintenance is understandably longer than if you were at other shops. Despite that, all of the staff seem to get along with each other and they’re all genuinely nice. I skip a couple Toyota dealerships on my way here because so. My vehicle always comes back as expected– job done, clean (not washed, because drought), everything in its place, no funny surprises, and maybe a legitimate recommendation or two. And that’s really all that I expect anyway.
Other than that, there’s a shuttle service, complimentary wi-​fi, and a box of free donuts if you arrive early enough. Also, it’s in close proximity (walking distance) to several stores and restaurants, including In-​n-​Out Burger. That alone should sway you towards dropping your car here for routine maintenance. You can stare at parked brand-​new Toyotas outside while eating your double-​double.
Now that I think of it, they could use a lot more outdoor seating. With umbrellas like in front of the Starbucks. Heck, maybe just stick a small Starbucks-​like café where the empty shell of Scion will be.

Came in to refinance my car last month. Got greeted almost immediately by a young man by the name of A.J. Greco. He helped me through the process with ease and without any pressure and gave me honest details. The service that A.J. gave during the hours spent at the dealership was stellar to say the least and it made the process a lot less stressful which I am very appreciative of. If you’re looking for honesty in a salesman, while being as informative as it gets, A.J. is the guy to see without a doubt!

Great first experience with the service department! This location is really focused on customer experience in comparison to North Hollywood (one of my previous reviews). They were timely and friendly. I interacted with about 5 different employees from Genaro to shuttle driver to cashier and they were all outstanding! Thank you!

All I can say is… DONT GO HERE! Customer service is TERRIBLE! I was lied to over the phone about service to be done, asked to speak w/​the manager… Dave the parts customer service manager is rude and when I asked to speak to the General Manager he hung up on me! TERRIBLE… Terrible… Terrible. If u live or work in the Glendora area… GO ELSEWHERE it will be worth it.

Horrible service in the service department. We already have problems with them ignoring issues we being up to them, to find out they don’t even write them down. My wife took in her car today because they last time she took her car in the service department messed up the cabin air vent. Called corporate and make a complaint. They told us to being it back in so they could check it out. Took it today and went to pick it up to find out the did a unnecessary oil change when we just were there two weeks ago for a oil change. I do not recommend bringing your car here. We had problems with the breaks too which was ignored, till the breaks went out on one side and told us they were fine.

Yes it does take a bit to get your car back from maintenance, even on a weekday. But the service I received from Courtland was above the rest. Super courteous and helpful. Even helped me setup my next appointment. Nice job guys thumbs up from me, did i forget to mention the free coffee, donuts and popcorn… nice!

Shopping for a new vehicle can be stressful… they took all the stress out of it! First time car owner right here! They went above and beyond! Even after the purchase they took their time explaining everything… from Toyota care to setting up the Bluetooth in the car! Highly recommend them to everyone!
