We can purchase the accounts from any business who sells to credit worthy commercial debtors, that is offering credit terms of 60 days or less, and has back up paperwork that proves completion of service for service companies or proof of delivery for companies that sell a product. We emphasize service for our clients in the form of speedy delivery of their money, prompt credit checking of their customers, and professional follow up on the collection of all invoices. All transactions can be tracked online by our client with protected access codes.

History

Established in 1976.

The company was founded by Ralph Perkins and four years later, 1980, was purchased by Dave Clark who still is the owner today. Early in the history of the company we were very strong in factoring for trucking companies and have retained that core specialty for 32 years. The management of factoring operations which consists of Ken Moore, Denise Messang, Jessica Romero, Amy Perez, and Lori Raygoza has accumulated collectively more than 100 years of experience. Significant expansion of factoring for all types of businesses has gone on for the last 20 years.

Meet the Manager

Denise M.

Manager

Started with the company in 1988. She worked in about every capacity possible in a factoring company gathering knowledge about what services were most needed by clients and how to best provide those services. She has been managing UCDC since the early 1990’s and became the Divisional Manager of UC Factors operation in 2009. Under her management the computer operating systems have been upgraded to peak performance enabling top grade service and communication to the clientele.
