My Husband bought me a very nice car in a great condition, very clean from the inside and the outside. . Looks like brand new. The Customer service was very friendly. I recently purchased a car from Universal Motors. As far as car shopping goes, the experience was pretty painless. I went in to look at a car I had seen advertised online, took it for a test drive and wanted to think it over before making a decision. Jack was very understanding and did not want to pressure me into making a decision I wasn’t happy or comfortable with.
After spending a few days shopping around and weighing my options I decided to head back to Universal. Once we settled on a price Jack handled all the paperwork with the DMV and agreed to deliver the car to Long Beach for me, which saved me a lot of hassle.
This is a family-​owned operation run by good people. If you’re in the market for a used car, give them a try.

Went in to check out a 2003 Outlander that was priced for 6499 on the website. Even after offering to pay cash, Jack said the best deal was 7000. I said I would pay that price if he verified the timing belt was changed. He actually told me to call and verify myself, which I did after I left, and it was not changed. A few weeks later, I checked the website, and the price was dropped to 5999. Even though it might be a good deal now, I felt like he wasn’t being honest when I was there, and I will not give a business owner my hard earned money if I do not get a good vibe from them. I was also told the car had one owner when it’s had two. Can you really trust an owner that leaves his own business a review?
Edit: Added one star since the owner emailed me and removed his own review. Still won’t be buying a car here.

I bought my car form this lot 8 months ago and it’s perfect one, am so happy with this car and the owners are so good to me .my boy friend told me: «u ganna buy a used car, no body knows when problems start to show, no body can guarantee it, even the lot owners, and you have always to remember that you r not buying a new one «!!
even though, after 6 months I had a small problem, I called Mr Jack and he sent me to their mechanic who gave me a spacial price and fix it in few hours, they r so nice to me even after they sold me the car and they helped me to have my lovely Acura, with easy payment, I advice all my friends to check this lot :) thank you universal motors for all your help, wish you luck
