Kids Corral

Based on our experience of one year, with a few exceptions, the staff here is great — caring, attentive, really engaging the children. My child learned quite a bit while in their care. The problems are with respect to inconsistency, financial mis-​management, and poor communication. My child rarely had the same teacher day after day. He was bounced from classroom to classroom during the day and day after day. Teachers stopped showing up because their paychecks were bouncing and the gas was shut off on one occassion that I know of. Most mornings, during drop-​off, they were way out of ratio. One teacher for 10+ children ranging in ages from 18 months to 5 years old. Staff turnover, field trips, etc. were not properly communicated from management to parents. Staff turnover was constant. My child had four teachers in one year!
I believe the owner’s vision has promise, it’s just the execution that falls short.
