This company is the cream of the crop in the wedding industry. A master of logistics, gorgeous floral, they are well known in the wedding market as A-​game professionals! Love working with them! They go above and beyond to crazy lengths for their clients and we love working with Phyllis and her team. Thanks again for a great event!

We had a wonderful experience with Eventricity for our wedding flowers. We met with our consultant Mia several months before the wedding and were not sure exactly what we wanted. Based on pictures of my dress, our colors, and my own personal style she created a vision for our bridal party and venue that I never could have done on my own. She was familiar with the venue from prior events and was able to help us plan every item, line by line, generating a detailed proposal with everything we wanted and the associated cost (which not only included flowers, but extensive draping and table cloths as well).
In the months leading up to the wedding we sent emails back and forth to make modifications. They were efficient and prompt to reply and adjusted our proposal accordingly. When I realized the groomsmen’s tuxedo lapels were more slender than I originally thought, she was able to adjust the boutonnieres accordingly. When I wanted to add on table numbers and a toss bouquet at the last minute they were extremely accommodating.
The result was beyond what we could have hoped for. On the day of the wedding everything was delivered early. My bouquet matched the color and style of my dress exactly, the boutonnieres fit the lapels on the tuxedos perfectly, and our centerpieces and table numbers were stunning. When we walked into our venue we were absolutely amazed and we are still getting comments on how beautiful everything looked. We would definitely recommend them without hesitation!

Extraordinarily disappointing service during critical wedding day logistics. They actually created more uncertainty and chaos for the main organizers and got defensive when we needed basic answers to help logistics run smoothly. As a professional event planner myself, I was shocked how unhelpful they were and how many critical details fell through the cracks. Don’t pay someone to create more stress on your wedding day.

I just used for my wedding and they did not do a good job At all. First of all they forgot to make all the bridal party buttoners! ALL of them! We had to take formal pictures without them, and after 3 hours of waiting, and right when the ceremony was about to begin, they show up with a mashed up old carnation with a pin for the GROOM! really? I had by the way requested and payed over priced orchids.
My bouquet had old and brown flowers, clearly not fresh, they never decorated my cake as they were supposed too, and also after running behind them for hours they threw 3 flowers on top. I’ve definitely seen much better flower arrangements for the amount of money they charge.
Definitely not a good experience

Who knew there was so much to planning a special event?! When my sister and I started to plan our parents’ 50^th Anniversary Gala, we intended to do it ourselves. Thankfully we ultimately put our trust in Eventricity to the delight of our guests and honorees.
Their décor props include everything imaginable: grand candeliers, vases, and beautiful flowers graced our tables. The staff was incredibly patient with us as we changed our theme at least three separate times.
They communicated exceptionally well throughout the process, arranged several planning meetings, and were constantly in touch to make sure no detail was left to chance.
Their attention to detail truly made it a spectacular and memorable event.

Initial meeting was successful and promising. Unfortunately in the end, neither of those words will be in our vocabulary when describing our interaction with the company. Imagine receiving wedding photo proofs and seeing in ceremony photo that FOB’s bouttoneire looks good while FOG’s looks crumpled and brown as they stand side by side. Imagine seeing MOG’s wrist corsage have flowers fall off during cermony in aisle next to you and MOB’s corsage flowers start falling off after service before leaving first site. MOB’s was replaced prior to reception but since MOG’s wasn’t, neither wore them. Imagine hearing from your very well paid florist that it certainly couldn’t have been their fault. Lighting at reception site was not what was discussed – after the fact they said they made a decision – without our consent. Centerpieces while perhaps to some were beautiful, were not as bride or MOB discussed or wanted. Was I to take notes for them plus pay them? Any white flowers started turning brown before we left the ceremony. Also hired their now ‘day of’ company to oversee the day. Due to an issue with the reception site there were many problems. We saw issues at reception site and had to deal with them instead of the ‘day of’ company stepping in and getting things fixed. I suppose if things go well, they’re fantastic. We were compensated a small monetary percentage afterwards by Eventricity. That was to be the end of it for us – we never requested a dollar amount but left it up to them as they saw fit. BUT imagine the surprise in seeing the owner chose to include a litany of excuses and finger pointing back at us in some cases along with the check. Adding ‘we apologize’ every other line showed a lack of respect. It speaks to the condescending attitude shown to clients when things don’t go right. We have since informed the reception site and showed photos of the dead flowers so perhaps they will stop recommending them.

Eventricity helped me plan my wedding in March 2012 and they did a fantastic job! My coordinator, Mia, learned my taste quickly and helped to guide me in the direction of a beautiful wedding! They payed attention to all the small details which made a huge difference and allowed me to have a stress free wedding day. From the custom lace invitations, pearl and feather detailed bridal bouquet, all the way to the hand painted lantern centerpieces, I truely had more than I could have expected. Eventricity helped me to plan the costum, modern/​classic wedding I always dreamed of. Mia was able to take all of my ideas and turn them into beautiful realities! If you want a team who listens to you, is highly creative and is capable of creating a beautiful stress free wedding day, they I would highly reccomend Eventricity.

Miracle WORKERS!!!
I worked with Eventricity on May 15^th on an event that needed to make a BIG impression but had a strict budget. They gave me several ideas for décor, presented a story board, and made suggestions that were exactly what I was envisioning, and right in line with what I had to spend. Two days before the event I needed 7 floor decals that would typically take 2 weeks to produce. They made it happen overnight. I understand why Eventricity comes highly recommended as they exceeded all of my expectations and met the event budget.

Having had a great experience with Eventricity for my wedding flowers, I thought I would post a review. I met with Eventricity two months before my wedding, not really knowing what I wanted. We had a very long meeting in which they helped me figure out what style I wanted (it turns out I am a «simple elegance» person, who knew?!). We then planned everything, item by item, and they were very patient with the time it took me to make my decisions.
When Eventricity sent me their proposal a week later, they also helped me make a few modifications to make sure that it would fit our budget. Finally, when I asked whether we could add a few flowers for my hair at the very last minute, they made it sound like it was not a problem at all and generously offered those. This was really nice and somewhat unexpected!
The result was beyond my expectations — the flowers were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The lanterns I also asked to have as centerpieces were amazing, and many of our guests commented on how well everything was arranged.
So overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them.

I met with the company for flowers/​event for my wedding. they seemed very on top of everything and initially understood the look I was going for. I brought a disk with some ideas, and had my budget. The company called me a couple of times to confirm our appointment. I thought they would be very professional and on top of it since they were confirming appointments and had offices in center city and elsewhere. I was told they would put something together and put a proposal together and get it to me. I waited 3 weeks, with a couple emails in between (not replied to) to ask about progress as I had received nothing. Finally, after 3 weeks (and putting off other florists from whom I had proposals from because I had met with eventricity first and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt) I started calling over to figure out where the hell the proposal was.
after getting the run around a couple times and being told I would be called back and not getting called back, I got ahold of them and they told me that the company lost all their notes and the disk and she didnt remember most of what we talked about, and had assumed I was already in receipt of the proposal (I guess they dont do any followup to see if they dont hear from people in a while). she said it was very unlike them to have done something like this and she could do some talking on the phone with me to refresh the ideas, and come up with something soon, or meet with me again at their office although she «didnt want to waste my time» (ironically) but that she understood if I had to go elsewhere or get back to other vendors I had interviewed. what a shame. and she was so unapologetic for wasting my time and losing all of her notes, not confirming I had a proposal… nothing. I decided I didnt want a company that unapologetic and irresponsible handling anything about my wedding. go to someone more professional.
