Rudy is a gem. So helpful, so knowledgable, and kind. We had the pleasure of working with him on two properties, one of which required special arrangements since we were out of town. Rudy was great! Super accommodating and very detailed in his report back to us. He encouraged questions and was very transparent about what he observed. He never over stated potential issues but was very forthcoming about his inspection. The second property we worked on was the winner! Again, Rudy was amazing. So thorough and honest.
