Our Condo building built in 1999 was leaking like crazy from poorly done original work on two balconies. ECI Green provided the most comprehensive estimate. They did the job in August 2013, were on time and did a complete job right cleaning up behind themselves each day. We are happy with the results.

Where do I begin? I am a single woman and a homeowner, and have dealt with more than my fair share on incompetent and untrustworthy
contractors. Adam and his company ECI Green were recommended to me by a home inspector, and I will never call another contractor. A poor
roofing job (by a company that received an A rating on Angie’s list) led
to excessive mold on an inner wall and chimney. ECI Green removed the wall, mold, rebuilt the wall, and fixed the roof where the water was coming in. The work on my home was completed while I was at work and I simply left them the keys. I had several estimates before ECI Green took the job. It was clear to me that ECI Green was the most knowledgeable, competent, and honest. The level of craftmanship that goes into their work is impeccable. Highest recommendation. They are fantastic.
