I took Tim Wood’s Bootcamp class at another facility and it was awesome. It’s everything one could want in a bootcamp class — fun music with a trainer who works alongside his participants and gives an appropriate amount of motivation for each move. I recommend his classes to any person who wants to spice up their cardio and learn a few new moves to add into your régime. Additionally, Tim has been personal training and administering nutritional advice to me for over 2 years. In that time, I surpassed my weight and athletic goals. I look forward to attending his classes at this new Glenview location!
