Recently I’ve visited Dr. Kim, Kwang-​Soo and got an implant job done. I was impressed by his skillful work. When all the procedure was done, I couldn’t be more satisfied. He and his staffs are very polite and professional. I like how they work around fast and neat. Overall, very good experience compared to my other dentist experiences.

WORST DENTIST EVER!!!
Spare yourself some pain and never set foot into this place!!! I’m surprised Dr. Kim is not sued for malpractice yet because he (1) incorrectly did my root canal and it became infected and (2) incorrectly did my brother’s tooth implants and THIS IS INFECTED TOO!
He has NO dignity, NO integrity, and NO respect for his patients. He can never admit that he’s wrong. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T GO TO THIS GUY! NEVER.

He has no business ethics. After my visit to this guy, I lost faith in dentists. He told me that I had a cavity when I had none. I can’t believe the reviews with five stars. One reviewer says, «Please come to see this dentist. You won’t be disappointed.» Please. Are you serious?

Anyone who has been victimized by this dentist should file a complaint with the IL State Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. I filed one after we got burned by this crook. He drilled out on five molar teeth of our 5 year old daughter without telling us! When asked how he could perform a treatment without obtaining our consent, he falsely insisted that he explained everything to us. His staffs were also rude and insisted on the same lies! I have consulted a couple of Medical Malpractice lawyers and they both advised to file a complaint with the state agency. The more people file complaint against him, the higher the chance is that the state agency will launch a full investigation into his rotting malpractice.

Some people growing up were afraid of the boogey man, ghosts, scary looking clowns, etc. For me it was the dentist. I hated the smell, the sound of the drill, etc. Sitting in the dentist chair was like sitting in the electric chair, and I would squirm around in the seat.
Having said that I have been coming to Dr. Kim for the past 4 years and have received terrific service. He likes to tell corny jokes, but his humor takes the edge off the visit and helps you relax. Whenever I come in for a cleaning, he and the periodontist do a great job. I’ve also had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by him, and I don’t know if it’s because I am a meat head, but the procedure was not bad at all.
