Morning Glory Flower Shop was born in 1990 with a focus on wedding flowers, but has grown into a full service every occasion florist. Besdies weddings we provide wonderful creative florals for birthdays, anniversaries, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, special events and funeral and sympathy tributes. We deliver all over the Chicagoland area and all over the world. We offer same day delivery with orders placed before 12 pm locally and next day to all parts of the Country. We require 3 days nnotice for international orders.

History

Established in 1990.

Born in 1990 by Barbara and Bob Hausheer in downtown Village Center of Wilmette. We started in a small 650 sqaure foot space and within 5 years had more than doubled the space. In 2006 we took our concepts on the road and open our 2^nd location in downtown Glenview. This space is very large and is a perfect fit for our ever expanding wedding business. With the addition of the Glenview location, Morning Glory Flower Shop has positioned itself to remain a leader in the North Shore of Chicago area for many years to come.

Business Owner

Barbara grew up with a love of flowers and even as a little girl, knew that someday she would own and operate a flower shop of her own. Barbara has a keen eye for color and shape and that has helped define her as an artist as well as a business owner. Barbara’s talents have taken Morning Glory from a one person operation to over 7 full time personel and more part time people filling in around the corners. All of the staff has over 20 years of floral experience and most have worked with Barbara at Morning Glory for over 13 years.
