One On 1 Personal Training

Don’t waste your money. You’re better off just joining a gym or finding a reputable fitness instructor. I purchased 20 boot camp classes through Groupon for One on 1 Personal Training and as soon as I started the next 3 classes were cancelled. When the 3^rd class was cancelled the owner (Shannon) sent an email 30 minutes before class was about to start to say everyone but me cancelled so he was calling it a night. It takes me about 20 minutes to get to the Golden Valley community center so I had left the house before I received his email. When I inquired about a refund due to the inconsistencies of the class he referred me back to groupon and said once a voucher is redeemed he can not issue a refund. I had inquired about his class schedule before purchasing the Groupon and not once during our email exchange did he mention class times were subject to change. He doesn’t have his own space and uses the community centers in Crystal and Golden Valley. Based on what he’s shared — he is at the mercy of the community centers so if there isn’t a room for him to use then he cancels class.
Now I have the headache of having to deal with groupon since the owner has no sense of responsibility.
