At A Senior Connection, our passion is service. Service to Seniors and their families who are struggling with important life decisions when living at home is no longer an option. We provide an important NO COST service which includes the following benefits:

*Personal Face to Face Consultations

We make it a point, if at all possible, to meet the individuals and their families in person.

*Finding Specialized Living Accommodations.

Types of living situations may include Independent Living Communities,

Assisted Living Communities, Skilled Communities, Board and Care Homes, and

Alzheimer’s/Dementia Communities.

*Comprehensive Assessments

We complete a non-​medical assessment, to determine the needs and desires of the

Senior. This includes the care level needed, the «ideal» location, and the financial situation.

We also obtain the medical information, to help in finding the proper community.

(A medical release is signed by either the Senior or the POA).

*Set Up Tours for Seniors and Family Members

Once all of the information is obtained, we set tours with the family and communities. We

will take the family to the communities or meet them there (depending on the situation

and convenience for the family). After the decision is reached as to the community that is

the best fit, an assessment is completed by the community to determine final acceptance.
