I Started this business 40 years ago this year and specialize in window and door replacement. We base our growth on unqualified customer service at a fair price, using only top-​line products like Pella, Andersen, Amerimax, Milgard and Marvin.

I didn’t have such a great experience. Although it has been years since I had ALL my windows replaced, I am still angry and upset. The windows are not tight; air comes in all around and the seals are not tight. I can hear things outside that I do not feel I should hear, like the neighbors talking. Two seals on two windows have broken and when I called to have them replaced, I was told I had to go through a glass company and pay for the labor to have them replaced which amounted to almost $ 800. After spending $ 25K plus for the windows, I was not about to put out more money!
Bill had not been nice when ever I called, and it took forever for him to return calls. I was never satisfied with his replies. He even put in a frosted window in my Bathroom that I did not
order, and when I said, «I wanted clear glass» he replied, «That is not what you ordered.» It was always a tense relationship.
When I saw DMD has a five star rating I nearly hit the roof! How can this be??? How could he treat someone like me who spent so much money like he has over the years??? I have been told by several other window installers, «I was ripped off». Not what I want to hear. This company is charging way too much for their windows and their installation is less than desirable.
I WOULD NOT recommend DMD Builders for any window replacement.

I agree with all of the statements on the prior review. Bill put me in touch with Lindsay, who was a pleasure to work with. I replaced 12 windows and 2 interior doors. Lindsay was very helpful in suggesting options for each window and helping me meet my price point. She was extremely responsive. We are very happy with our new Pella ProLine and Impervia windows and very pleased with the work of the installer, Chad. I highly recommend DMD Builders. They are professional and price competitive.

I had DMD Builders replace 17 windows in my home. I really can’t say enough about the great job they did. Bill was my first contact and he patiently listened to my needs and concerns and helped me choose windows that were the best and affordable for me. He told me exactly how the install would go and that his main install man Eric would be doing all the work.
Eric replaced all 17 windows with the finest craftsmanship and skill I have seen for many years. His attention to detail surpassed my standards. That says a lot because I am one fussy lady.
I am so pleased and plan to have DMD do my doors in the future.
