Established in 2013.

FIT4MOM is the country’s largest fitness program for moms offering pre and post-​natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood. FIT4MOM Denver Foothills is female-​owned and operated and dedicated to providing wellness, fitness and community to the moms of the Denver Foothills area.

Business Owner

Meg is the owner and an instructor of the Denver Foothills Fit4Mom organization. She has a two year old daughter, Delaney Arabella, and is expecting her second little girl in mid-​September 2015. Becoming a Mom spurred Meg to find a new occupation that would allow her to incorporate her children into her activities! The Fit4Mom organization provided the perfect fit!

Fit4mom was a total game changer for me after having my son. Aside from great exercise, it is a great way to get out of the house and interact with other people! The exercises were challenging and fun and helped me lose the baby weight. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone even if you don’t need to lose extra weight.

Body Back was exactly what I was looking for! I lost almost 13 pounds and definitely feel way more fit. Each class was different, but they were all very hard! It’s great to physically be able to do hard workouts again! The instructor was great at encouraging us during class as well as out of the structured classes. The food journal kept me honest with my food intake. Body Back was the perfect structure to help me achieve the goals I set out to achieve.
Stroller Strides is also great! I have young twin boys so it’s hard to make time to workout without them, so Stroller strides is great because I can get in a great workout and have them with me!

Enrolling in Stroller Strides was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Not only have I lost weight and gotten in better shape, I have had the opportunity to meet and interact with many wonderful people. We workout and share stories about our babies while our babies play, snack, crawl/​walk and (sometimes) cry. I leave class feeling energized and ready to take on the rest of the day. I also really enjoy the play dates that are organized through Fit4Mom. They have been a lot of fun and provide a great opportunity for my little one to interact with other babies his age

I think stroller strides is the perfect way for all moms to do something for themselves while still being able to spend time and bond with baby. In addition to the support you receive from all the other moms it goes beyond a work out (a great workout) to a social gathering and support system that I think most moms do not have the luxury of having!

Stroller Strides (Fit4Mom) is one of my favorite activities, on days I’m feeling motivated, (or not) but go because I want to see my friends.
We’re a close group of various fitness levels. Our instructor Katie shows us how to adjust the exercises so everyone gets a safe, challenging workout — the mom who’s still recovering from a C-​sec, the mere mortal (me), and our super-​fit/​training mommies.
She’s a personal trainer and yoga instructor and keeps the classes interesting with strengthening and cardio.
Plus our Evergreen park location is stunning for outdoor workouts (we move indoors for winter), and reminds me how much I love living in Colorado.
Our little charges range in age from baby to toddler and we entertain and incorporate them into the class.
SS isn’t just an exercise class. We have weekly playgroups, moms night out (or in), holiday events, and contests with prizes.
