Super nice guy, Joe, changed my oil around 6 when everywhere else turned me away before 6. Come to this place if you are in the area!

Great price, VERY SLOW. They should have warned me that an oil change would take 85 minutes. That’s basically an hour longer than any other place. In the future, I’ll certainly be going to one of the other oil change places next door.

I’m on travel of about 650 miles from home. I’m at the Days Inn around the corner and notice that my driver’s side tire on the front end is low. I didn’t want to ignore it knowing that a portion of my route through eastern Colorado and western Kansas has no Sprint tower. So no cell phone coverage with the possibility of having a blowout means danger in the back of my mind. They took care of me despite being busy. I could have gone to another location because I can see them being swamped. Turns out there was a cut on the inside. So I come out with two brand new tires and confidence knowing my trip home is going to be a safe one. Oh and got a pretty good deal. Thanks to Kevin and Dave. To anyone traveling to the Denver area (Lakewood/​Google) and you run into issues with your vehicle; you should stop here.

We have been using this Goodyear off and on for the past five or six years — mostly for oil changes and tires/​rotation, but occasionally other engine work too. Early on I wasn’t crazy about it, but in the past year or two customer service has really improved. Most notably the guys there are friendlier and seem more honest and trustworthy. Don’t hard sell something you don’t need.
The last two times I’ve taken a car in on Sunday, which is super convenient for me. Kevin ran things in the office and Joe did the work, and I’ve been pleased both times.
They are not the fastest in town but they are honest with workload, so I usually leave and come back later. You can also schedule an appointment online — again, convenient.

Went here for an oil change/​tire rotation and needed 2 belts replaced at the same time. Got my car back and there was a whooshing noise sporadically during acceleration. Brought it back to Goodyear immediately because there was clearly something different from the day before I brought the car in. Manager said the belts are tight, must be a normal sound for turbo cars. I drive this car probably 12 hours a week and I’m familiar with how it sounds.
Sure enough, my friend noticed that Goodyear had not closed the air filter cover, which was causing a loud whooshing sound. Mistakes are one thing, but Goodyear brushed me off when something was definitely wrong.

I’ve always head really great service here. They never upsell me on anything that I don’t need, and will always tell me if a repair doesn’t «need» to be done. The pricing is comparable to anywhere else, and the service and turnout is great. I always get a call same day when I bring it in, and the repairs are quick, and they’ll even rush things a little if you have to.
DAVE is the best. Dave gives awesome service, and explains what’s going on with your car very thoroughly. I’ve been taking my car here for years and have never had an issue.

Just got a flat and ran in here last minute. Service was excellent! They got right to it, 30 min in and out. Very friendly and good price. I’ll come back.

The oil change took well over an hour even though I had an appointment but I had a cheap coupon so I wasn’t upset. I went on a road trip immediately after the oil change. I checked under the hood 300 miles later and found the oil cap at the bottom of the engine and oil splashed all over my engine. After calling and notifying them of this very basic screwup they said I was lucky I noticed. I think they were lucky I noticed it. They said they would take «care of me» the next time I came in. What makes them think I’ll come in again? As far as I am concerned, they screwed up in the present and if they want to make things right, do it in the present.
Another minor detail was that they did not place the miliage sticker on the windshield. Not a big deal in itself but if they are lacking that much attention to detail, who knows if they are putting the wrong kind of oil or forgetting to replace the filter?
A friend brought her tundra in for an oil change there 6 months ago and it has been making a wierd sound ever since. I went to another oil change place in town who told me they had heard many horror stories about these guys work.
I would recommend Brakes Plus on Colfax (they were not the ones who told me about the horror stories). I have been there multiple times and it has been quicker and more reliable. Also, they don’t ask for your email or blood type to get an oil change.
