Really don’t think I’ll be back to this location. It has been a struggle and this last time was the icing on the cake. I needed to ship out a return UPS package and the guy at the UPS counter couldn’t help me at all. I mean come on guy, I need help filling out the paper work and you don’t know what I need to do? I wound up leaving and going to a different UPS location. The last time I was at the store the clerk followed me around like he thought I was about to steal something. See ya Staples!

Only giving two stars because the employees at least seem to be nice, otherwise would give it a one. I make photo collages on poster boards and bring them to Staples Copy & Print to laminate. They always warn me that because the project is on the larger side, there is some risk – which I’m fine with. A crinkle in lamination doesn’t bother me, and I’ve done this at least a handful of times(at other Staples locations) and have never had a problem — until now! In all fairness, when I went to pickup my collage, the woman working Copy & Print was very apologetic. She explained to me that whomever attempted to laminate the first time«forgot to turn the heat on», which was why the posterboard was bent and damaged(not the lamination, but the actual posterboard/photos) For whatever reason, this person decided it was a good idea to stop halfway and let someone else finish the job since they couldn’t handle it. So there’s a massive crinkle line down the middle from where the second person took over. Whomever«trimmed» the lamination cut it too close, so it’s only sealed on three of the four sides. WTF?! The worker offered to «go over it again» with the lamination machine, but I pointed out that this would likely cause more crinkles – and she agreed with me. Why offer something that’s going to make the finished product worse? In addition, there is a 10-inch black hair laminated into the collage! After pointing out the hair, I asked the woman if I could just tear off the lamination and take my collage somewhere else. She said I couldn’t because it’s essentially glued to the photos and would ruin all the photos. She gave me the collage for free, but it doesn’t matter — I still have to pay $ 20 to get the photos printed again, let alone the time it takes to put together a collage that massive(5+ hours) I understand we’re human and we make mistakes. But there is no excuse for straight up negligence like forgetting to turn the heat on a freakin laminator!

I own a small company and have used this copy and print center for all of my needs since I first started. I’ve always had great service by enthusiastic and creative people who seemed to like their job… until now. I waited at the desk for about 8 minutes before I asked an employee walking by, if anybody was working copy & print today? He said he would page someone finally someone named Kathy showed up. I wanted 500 business cards but it seemed like she found every reason not to help me. She just kept looking at me with this blank stare. All in all I just didn’t get near the pleasant customer service that I had in the past and will have to take my business elsewhere. Jake EnviroCritter

Staples. It has everything you need for office supplies, back to school, basic computer peripherals, and assorted other odds and ends. Unfortunately, their prices are a tiny bit on the higher end for these things, but it’s not so that you’d really notice(unless you are like me and go shopping at stores like Dollar Tree and Big Lots often). I’ve gotten several items here over the years. It’s convenient that it’s so close to Golden, and the staff are always polite and helpful. I admit I like browsing the isles of supplies and containers and computers, thinking about possible uses for everything. If you come here, you know why you’re coming here, and they’ll probably have what you’re looking for at a reasonable price. Review written! That was easy.

So I think Staples would be one of those places that would be hell to work at. Surrounded by office supplies all day? No thank you. Being enthusiastic about selling those said supplies. Ugh. The staff at this particular Staples was really nice and accommodating when I purchased a head-set for my computer. They helped me choose one to suit my needs, and when it turned out not to work very well, they took it back(opened and used) for a full cash refund. This is important to note because a lot of businesses will only give you store credit when something has been used… and in my case I did not need a $ 40 store credit to Staples. So thank you Staples employees… you make the otherwise mind blowingly boring task of shopping for office supplies quite pleasant.
