Have placed 4 separate orders over last 10 days and they got 3 out of 4 wrong
1st time gave me 2 sandwiches I didn’t order and left out 2 I did order.
2nd time they left out 1 sandwich I ordered
3rd time over charged me but at least order was correct.
So be warned check your order and make sure you get what you ordered then check to make you were not over charged.

Poor excuse today… full staff and couldn’t get it right… disappointed! Why would anybody go to be treated like their money didn’t matter to them? I won’t be anymore. poor excuse for customer service.

Best bojangles chicken in Goldsboro. They get my order wrong occasionally, but they’re quick and gracious about righting there wrongs. I will continue to order there.
