Firestone Tire & Service Centers

The manager Heather was amazing! I had 2 smaller tubeless trailer rims with new tires already on them, but I had been to 6 other tire shops and none of them could inflate them. The beads of the tires just couldn’t get set right to inflate and stay inflated. Sure enough Heather and team quickly got to work on my problem (even though they looked busy) and they were able to inflate the tires. I had almost given up on these rims and tires, but Heather and the Firestone team came through! They didn’t even charge me anything for their time and refused the tip I kept trying to hand to Heather. I should have gone to them first, and I will moving forward. Great work Firestone team, and thank you Heather for taking my personal problem to heart and providing a solution, quickly and professionally. That will not be the last time you see me in your store…
