Denunzio’s Dino Paint & Body Shop

2 years later, I am still thanking Dino and his crew for repairing my car after my accident and making it run as if it were new off the lot! Thank you for meticulously inspecting every attribute of my car. They were able to attain all the parts and repair everything in a timely manner. The paint job to match the original color was flawless! They were very easy to reach and would call back within 24 hours. Graciously, Dino’s Auto personnel drove me to and from work when I was without a car, and for this, I am ever so grateful.

When my bumper needed replacing, several friends recommended this place. They did a better job, faster and for less money than I expected, and they were really nice on top of it. I think I stopped by for a quote on a Thursday and dropped off my car Tuesday morning. By lunch on Tuesday, I had a flawless new bumper. The person I worked with, David, was super helpful and did exactly what he said he would at all times.
A note: The shop is on a Goleta backstreet you’ve almost certainly never seen in your life. Google Maps seemed a bit puzzled and threw me one false turn and gratuitous U-​turn, but it will get you there.

I have to say, I am beyond grateful for Dino’s body shop! I was able to bring my car in last minute and they were able to make my car look brand new again in just a matter of a day or two! They even cleaned my car and everything! Dino and his staff are absolutely amazing and I know I’ll be recommending them to all my friends from here on out! Thanks guys for all your hard work!

David took care of me so well! I was so upset that my neighbor hit my car but David assured me that it would look good as new. I was worried about the paint not matching with the rest of the car but that’s why I gave this review 5 stars you can’t even tell the car was hit. So glad I went here for my cars repairs! Just had my bumper replaced. I went to Dino’s on referral and because my car wasn’t safe to drive I couldn’t get multiple quotes. I probably trusted too much. I knew it would cost me and was prepared to pay but it exceeded what I imagined. I checked with my auto dealer body shop (not located in town so couldn’t go there) and they were $ 350 less! To be fair they estimated for the repairs by phone but I also added on a couple hundred to their estimate in comparing. I felt gouged and asked Dino to come down. He took $ 100 off. When he couldn’t get it done on time because the part arrived late he didn’t call me, instead I only found out Because I called when I hadn’t heard back to schedule the pick up. I had to go three more days without because of the weekend. A courtesy call to inform was appropriate. I still gave him 2 stars because the bumper looks good. However, I am very disappointed that he didn’t remove the tape adhesive from the car. We had to use tape to secure our bumper while waiting for the repair. After the hundreds we spent I am stunned that it wasn’t part of finishing up the job. We will not be returning to Dino’s. If you do consider them make sure you keep them in check by getting multiple bids.

Hello… I am not much on writing reviews, but this guy and his team did an incredible job and continually kept me informed about status. Got 3 bids, and he was the middle one, but after visiting, there was no question that Dino knew his business.
It would have been easy to replace, replace, replace but they are into fixing if they could… and they did. This was not an insurance claim and I could not have been happier with the work. Good luck Dino… you run a business like a business should be run.

I walked in to get some minor scratches painted on and was given a reasonable price. They did an amazing job pretty fast.

While backing out of a driveway I swiped my friends front bumper. Both of our front bumpers had deep scratches and some dents/​bending. When I took my car in for an estimate David (Bunnin Chevrolet recommend Dino’s and his Unilocal ratings were good) gave me a very reasonable quote for both that exceeded my expectations. He set up the rental cars for both of us at a nearby Hertz and said they would both be done in a few days (which they were). I was mostly worried about the paint and both cars were 2015 models and mine had a special pearl tri-​coat which is really hard to match and fix. When I came in on Friday, my car looked like it was coming off the lot, I couldn’t tell anything had even happened, the paint and the body work repair was excellent. I paid out of pocket and it was worth every dime. My friends car was the same way no issues at all with the repair. We are both pretty detail oriented guys so we really took a close look at the work and it was perfect. Bottom line, David treated me very well, answered all my questions, and did what he said he would do. I was really happy that he gave me great pricing and treated me so well. I was stressed out from the accident and worried it was going to be a nightmare but it was so easy. I will always come back here if need be and I highly recommend. If you don’t know a body shop in town, have been in an accident and you don’t want to deal with a bad body shop or one that charges exorbitant prices Dino’s is your place.

These guys gave me the best deal in town for a minor ding we had on our car. Hundreds of dollars less than the next bid, and they did it right on time. Friendly service & fab folks!

I came here today because both of my side view mirrors on my car were rattling from being hit, they looked like they were going to fall off at any second. To replace the mirrors would have been 400 each. I was sweating bullets during the estimate. Dino had his tech take the car in the back to check it out. They easily could have ripped me off because I’ve had to replace a mirror before and I knew the cost and that my model of car has very delicate side view mirrors… instead they told me they had just come off the tracks and put them back on free of charge! I am going to stay loyal to Dino’s now and get all my body work done with him! It is hard to find such a trust worthy mechanic who really has your best interest and doesn’t take every opportunity to make cash off people who don’t know much about cars. Thanks again Dino!

Dino’s Denunzio goes above and beyond customer service. Dino himself stands behind all the work done and immediately fixes any problems, fully warranty’s his work. Unfortunately I have had to have body work done, but have chosen Dino’s due to their high level of quality and customer service. After being treated poorly at another shop I called Dino’s and was met instantly with friendly professional service from David and Dino.
Never wavering in his patience, Dino consistently puts me at ease with his positive, calm, supportive demeanor. He is always responsive to my requests and offers thorough answers to my questions. Thoughtful, personable and easy to approach, Dino and David understand my particular needs, thus demonstrating the highest level of customer service.
I return to Dino’s solely because of the outstanding customer service.

I just picked up my car today and am so HAPPY! Dino’s was the last place I went to, to get an estimate and the best place… Out of all of them they were the most affordable… The man I spoke with was very pleasant, and so I decided to leave my car in their hands… Not only was the price the best but the quality of work was as well. My car looked like million bucks, and that is definitely saying something considering how picky I can be… I would definitely recommend them to my friends family, or anyone looking for a good auto body place.

Took my truck here 2 times, once for unknown suspension problems (which turned out to simply be the mud guards…), and the second to have a front end replacement installed.
They didn’t do much of anything the first time, but the second they did manage to get the replacement on… without installing the lights. I’m not sure why they had so much trouble with that, but when i got it back only one light was in, and i had a blown speaker. I’m not necessarily blaming them for this, but it most definitely wasn’t that way when i left it with them.
anyways, they guys that i spoke with were actually extremely friendly and made the overall experience salvageable. they didn’t do terribly, but I’m sure there’s someone out there more tailored to my needs…
