Ecom Travel

Let me start out with, I’m a very picky person! I was planning on a vacation for my parents and they happen to be very picky people too… Imagine that! So, when I called Ecom Travel, I knew that my multiple calls and emails to her were not going to be fun for her. However, every call to her, and every reply to my emails was always pleasant and professional.
I was referred to Lilan Smyth, by multiple different groups of friends. I posted a question on Facebook, I anyone knew a good travel agent… and out of all my family and friends, I was recommended to Ecom Travel. When 5 out of 500+ friends refer you to Lilan Smyth from «Ecom Travel»… then I knew I had to contact Ecom Travel!
As I had mentioned earlier, having picky parents, and having them change their mind over and over again was becoming very frustrating for me. Can you imagine the journey I had to put Lilan through? As soon as Lilan found something which I thought was perfect, I would present it to my parents, they would change their mind about something else. I would call Lilan again, and without hesitation, she would look exactly what we would ask for. She also made great suggestions during the process.
Overall, I’m very impressed with Lilan, and happy I chose to go with Ecom Travel. They are your 5 star travel agency. I highly recommend her to everyone. Lilan, thank you for making this very frustrating «trip planning» so much fun and easy. You’re the best!!!
