John Ramirez and his crew came in and worked their butts off, worked clean and fast, and transformed my condo into a space i feel great calling my own. He went above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions and always with a smile. Professional yet personal too, fair priced, on time. I highly recommend Goodland Floors, and will definitely give John a call when it’s time to do my bathroom floors!

John Ramirez and his crew are exactly what you want from a contractor: honest, masters of their trade, fair priced, hardworking and always on time. John was referred by a real estate pro whom I trust. They worked long hours to get the job done as requested. The hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms and staircase look amazing. Great experience with This company. After being referred to them by a friend I cautiously used them, turned out to be the best decision I’ve made in a longtime. First of all, the quote was affordable which is always nice, SECOND– the work turned out amazing, couldn’t be happier with our new hard wood floors! That’s pretty much all u ask of a solid company, But then I had one more request… this was the tough part… I needed them to work on Thanksgiving… AND needed them to start at 8AM so The job could be finished in time to show… never thought this would fly, but figured I’d ask anyway… They said NO PROBLEM! I was shocked… Then to top it all off they started the job 5 Minutes Early, on a holiday! Hats Off to this hard working local company. With this type of customer service they will be around for a LONG time.

I was in charge of renovating my moms condo which included doing the floors. I was on a tighter budget for this renovation and turned to Goodland Floors. John said to go pick out out the floors we wanted and put them in the condo for at least 24 hours (so the new floor acclimates) so I went to Home Depot and did just that. The next day John started the job and before I knew it he was done! My mom was really happy which made me happy. John is a craftsman with integrity. Oh and here’s a tip: if you need to buy inexpensive base board, there’s a store on State St (near Anapamu St) called Rummage and they have them in the very back.

Very professional, reliable, patient businessman. Invested considerable time in our project which ended up being cancelled. I enjoyed working with John and would highly recommend him for residential flooring and use him for my next project.
