This bank is very good. I banked at Santa Barbara Bank and Trust for years. Their service went seriously downhill in the last few years. Now Union Bank has taken over and things are still crappy. So I changed to Montecito B & T. Every branch I go to has excellent service and helpful, friendly employees and online banking is easy.

I love my bank! They opened a few months ago, and the staff still seems grateful that people know they are there. They are always super helpful, no lines, and great location for my commute from work. Stop by sometime!
