I bought a new phone and they signed me up for a bunch of extras like insurance that I didn’t know about until I got the bill. Tried to call them to discuss the issue and after 10 calls they still won’t answer.

Absolutely terrible. I cracked my glass screen protector and I wanted to know what all the warranty covered. I moved from Gonzales to Baton Rouge after purchasing the screen protector from this store and I didn’t want to drive all the way out there to talk to them. So naturally, I decided to call. Within the span of a week and a half, I called 25 times and they did not answer once. Today I ended up driving 30 mins there and back to be told that the warranty didn’t cover the crack. Which is what I thought, but I wish I would have been able to find this out over the phone instead of wasting an hour of my time and a fourth of a tank of gas. Very disappointed in the customer service of this store.

Now I’ve been in this store on several occasions since moving down south… like when my HTC Inspire crapped out a year and a half after I bought it and needed a replacement… went with the Samsung Galaxy S3 as replacement and I love it…
They were very helpful in answering my questions, getting me set up with my office email to show on my phone etc… When I went in with my boy to handle his iPhone swap over from 3GS to 4S they were on top of that and while I waited I asked about a new case for my phone and they were right on top of it… they also gave me some pretty good information on their business accounts and the savings I could would see from putting my phone under one…
I’ve always had fast, prompt and knowledgeable service when I’ve stopped in… now I don’t know what a Saturday looks like as far as crowds cause I’ve always gone on a weekday… but if you’re in the area and need some mobile phone assistance then this place can most likely help you out…
