Established in 2012.

Excel is independently owned & operated by a Physical Therapist. His vision was to provide more individualized care to patients, directly from the therapist. Also part of this vision was to meet the patient’s total care needs, not only the physical ones. There is an LCSW on staff and making appropriate referrals to help meet all of the patient’s needs is priority, including emotional & safety needs. A second vision was to help serve veterans. We’ve accomplished this by becoming a Certified Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and we treat Vets on a regular basis.

Business Owner

David is the Owner & Primary Physical Therapist at the clinic. He has established the clinic as a Certified Veteran Owned Small Business. One of his goals was to be able to serve the Veteran population & he has accomplished that. Also of importance is to make sure that patients are seen directly by a Physical Therapist. Combining these attributes, along with his dedication to professionalism and competence in his therapy skills, creates quality therapy services and an evironment of safety and caring. David goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his patients.
