RE/​MAX Properties opened up in 2014. Beth Alford, Broker/​Owner, has been in real estate since 1997. One of the Top Teams in Louisiana and working under the RE/​MAX umbrella since her real estate career began. Beth Alford works under the TEAM concept. Every buyer, has a buyer’s agent to assist in the home buying process to have complete representation. Beth Alford works with Seller’s to help them in the selling process. RE/​MAX Properties also has a Property Management Division to help owners in finding qualified tenants for their investments.

Beth Alford has been a part of Ascension Parish Real Estate for the past 24 years. Starting out in 1987 building homes with her husband for 6 years, then becoming a Realtor in 1997. Specializing in New Construction, First Time Home Buyers and Relocation. Although calling Ascension Parish her home, she continues to do business in the Greater Baton Rouge area such as East Baton Rouge Parish & Livingston Parish.

Beth is married to Danny Alford and has 3 sons, ages 29, 24 & 19, and two wonderful daughter-​in-​laws. She is also the proud grandmother of her first grandson Sirus Alford. Beth is very proud of her family and understands the needs that each of her clients have when looking for a home.
