History

Established in 1994.

OReilly Fabrication has a very long family history in the fabrication and manufacturing business dating back to the late 1950’s when our Grandfather, Father and Uncles designed, patented, manufactured, marketed and sold manure spreaders to farms in the 5 state area. This patent was later sold to John Deere. The O’Reilly family has since broadened there horizons and now manufactures, repairs and maintains a wide range of equipment and industries.

Business Owner

Jake O’Reilly was raised on the family farm in rural Goodhue, MN. When he was growing up his father, uncles and grandfather built, fabricated or repaired most of there equipment they needed. They group also designed patented the OR-​BILT manure spreader. Jake’s passion for manufacturing and repairs started at about that time in the late 1970’s. Weather he was out in the shop helping out or delivering spreaders to costumers with his grandpa and dad he started to get a real love for the hard work and dedication it took to run not only the family farm but also the manufacturing of equipment. All through high school Jake worked for area farmers and a couple of contractors. His real passion was doing the welding and repairs. In 1994 Jake built his own shop and opened O’Reilly Fabrication & Welding. Jake tries to instill the values and work ethic that he grew up with into all of his employees!
