The Fleming Law Firm & Mediation Center was established by Charlotte U. Fleming in 1991 and has offices located in historic downtown Springfield and in the Sumner County side of Goodlettsville. Our skilled attorneys are dedicated to providing superior legal services to the citizens of Robertson, Davidson, Sumner, Montgomery, and Cheatham counties.

With over 28 years of experience practicing family law in middle Tennessee, attorney Charlotte Fleming is known for her zealous client advocacy.

In 1992, Charlotte founded The Fleming Law Firm & Mediation Center in Springfield, Tennessee. The firm now boasts two office locations in Springfield and Goodlettsville, Tennessee, and eight knowledgeable attorneys with practice areas ranging from family law to business formation and litigation.

In addition to serving as managing partner of The Fleming Law Firm, Charlotte has served for over 10 years as the Assistant for the City Judge of Springfield, Tennessee, and served as Assistant Juvenile Judge for Robertson County, Tennessee, for seven years. She was elected as Robertson County Business Woman of the Year in 1999 and is listed as a Rule 31 Civil Mediator (domestic violence certified).
