Hands down my favorite coffee joint in Michigan. From the moment you walk into the garage-​turned-​coffee shop, you know you’re in for a treat. You know in cartoons when they smell something and the scent lifts them up and guides them to the source? That. That right there.
I’ve tried both iced coffee and hot lattes here. Both were incredible. Add a shot of coconut to your brew. You won’t regret it. I’ve also been told that their macadamia nut flavor is to die for! I will absolutely be giving that a try next time I’m in Michigan!

Fresh roasted coffee! I think that’s all my review needs to say. Oh, and the best service for miles. I’m an admitted coffee nut, I love all things coffee, but it’s right in my own neighborhood, so this is coffee hangout for me. It doesn’t look like much from the road, but just stop in and become hooked like everyone else in town. A down home fave among locals.

A little «hole-​in-​the-​wall» coffee shop that doesn’t just sell coffee; they import it, roast it, and hand brew it!
The décor is done to perfection for the quintessential coffee shop feel!
Staff is great; easy going, friendly, and took the time to «shoot the breeze».
Most importantly, their coffee is EXCELLENT! I still think about «The Bee’s Knees» every now and then and can’t wait to go back.
Yet, I would me remiss if I did not give credit for the BRILLIANT name! Perfect!

A local coffee shop! Within a 10 miles radius of my parents’ house! Shadrach, Meshach & ABeanToGo (or, as my family calls it, The Coffee Barn) has actually been around for quite a few years. When they first opened, though, I was advised by a few people that they were only in the business of selling freshly roasted beans and cups of brewed coffee. Perfect for coffee enthusiasts, but sadly I’m just not a fan of straight black java, so I kind of wrote this place off without much thought.
Fast forward to today: probably the hundredth time I’ve driven by on this strip of M-​15, and for whatever reason, my curiosity got the best of me. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have quite a few drink options on the menu now, including smoothies and lattes! Reading the specialty options, the «Bee’s Knees» bevvy immediately piqued my interest. The barista explained that it’s a latte with a mix of vanilla, cinnamon and honey flavors. Um, SOLD. Sinfully delicious and a perfect winter pick-​me-​up. Had to avert my eyes from the scones that are waiting by the register — way too tempting.
So happy I finally stopped in here, as it’s a great local spot to get your caffeine on! No more trips to the Starbucks in VG’s for me, haha.

This place is amazing! I highly recommend The Bees Knees Typhoon, it’s so delicious. The owners are wonderful people and everyone in there is super friendly. Great atmosphere!

Their Coffee is the best I have ever had — no joke. Their coffee is gourmet coffee and their beans are actually quality, there NOT low quality and then burnt like some other coffee places are (*coughs* Starbucks). The atmosphere in their place is calm and inviting, I could of seriously stayed all day. If you want the best cup of coffee for a great price look no further then A BEAN TO GO coffee!
