I have been going to McFall Tire and Auto for several years and I always leave happy with the customer service and work performed, however, my most recent interaction with this business was far beyond my expectations. I recently moved to Denver from the valley where I’ve spent most of my life, so when it came to buying snow tires I was lost. There are many options that are EXTREMELY pricey and it’s hard to know what’s the safest/​best choice in tires at a reasonable cost.
In a bind, I called McFall Tires and spoke with Marcus who remembered me (awesome!) and was more than willing to help advise me to what direction to go in for tires even though he had nothing to gain from me buying tires elsewhere in Denver. Not only did he help me choose a safe tire, he called around to different shops in my area to find the tires and provided me with quotes from shops that he thought were a fair market price… really!
Needless to say I wish McFall Tires was in Colorado because this was above and beyond excellence in customer service, they are an honest, hardworking business with integrity that you can rely on! Thank you Marcus for all of your help and let me know if you ever branch out into Colorado!

If you are looking for an honest place with elite customer service and amazing prices you need to come here. This place is fantastic. I needed my heater core replaced and I had originally gotten a quote from Goodyear auto for $ 1,229.00 with them keeping my truck for 3 days; McFall quoted me $ 773.00 total and let me know I would have my truck back the following day. Goodyear claimed the labor was 9.3 hours and they were «going by the book», however McFall said it would be 6 hours and SHOWED me on the computer. When I picked up my truck the total was exactly $ 773. They were honest, extremely nice and made me feel like they valued my business.

I went to McFall this morning to get a new set of tires and an oil change. Marcus was apparently having a hall engine morning and was about 20 minutes late getting the shop open. He was extremely apologetic and it didn’t seem like this was a normal thing for him. He recommended a set of tires at a great price and let me know it would be about an hour. Sure enough my car was ready right on time and the oil change was on the house since he had been late that morning. You don’t see that type of customer service anymore and I really appreciated it. He suggested that I have my brakes done in the next 5k miles and I will definitely take my car back to McFall to have them done.

I had a piece of my tire missing and I went to McFall Tires and talked to Lawrence. He was extremely kind and very helpful. The staff seemed polite and prompt. I would visit again!

I was referred to this shop by my mother. I brought my car in because the AC was not working. They looked at the car and then brought to my attention what they felt was the more pressing issues of my tires shredding apart. They instantly rolled the tires in and showed me in very clear terminology what was going on and what probably caused it. It took three hours and 600 dollars to replace the tires and repair the AC. I cranked my AC full blast when I got in the car to make sure. I damn near froze by the time I was home. I appreciated the service and I never once felt like I was being scammed. Lost a star because while I was waiting in their lobby forever, no one spoke to me, no one offered me a bottle of water though I could see them in their fridge (I HAD NO AC/​COVERED IN SWEAT). I just thought it wasn’t very customer service like, but they are mechanics so as long as my car is fixed… I am fine with that. I will return if anything happens to my car in the future.

I took my ford focus to mcfalls 5-​28-​2014 because I seen the good reviews and got quoted a good price on replacing my output shaft seals. They claimed to fix it I picked it up few days later and was driving car and had a radiator resivior hose leak they some how knocked hose clip loose and hose was rubbing on belt pull and pucntured the hose I fixed it myself wondering y they were even at the front of the car in the first place. Then I notices the output shaft seals started leaking a few days later so I called them they said to bring it in I did then they claimed it was mysteriously leaking from top of the transmission even though I checked and I know it was leaking from the seal they supposedly replaced, got into argument with manager on duty cause they want 80 bucks to find the mysterious leak from top of transmission instead of admitting it was coming from seal so I picked up car and took it to peoria ford and guess what it was output shaft seal on driver side that was leaking they fixed it I had to pay for it twice now. I would never use them unless u want dishonest service and definetly not quality service they broke the radiator resivior hose clip and did not fix the output shaft seal and I got charged for it do not ever go there very unproffesional and same old same old lie to u to cover there own ass I would give them negative stars but have to give them one to post this I guess

Marcus and Lawrence and the team have always gotten me taken care of. Their prices are always super good and the quality of work is top notch! If recommend them over every other shop in the area. They do business right!

Once again Marcus and the crew at McFall have gone above and beyond. Today replacing my alternator. They shopped around from parts suppliers to find me the highest quality replacement for the least money. And had the part delivered and installed in about 1 hr. Thanks again! Life time customer right here.

Today was my first time at McFall Tire & Auto but it will definitely not be my last. I have lived in the West Valley for years now and have been looking for a shop like this. When they say family owned and operated, this is not just a fancy saying to get your business. These guys truly care — I even got a chance to meet one of the Owners today and unknown to me, he has known some of my own family for years! I highly recommend McFall Tire and Auto for any of your auto needs. I will be back and will be recommending to the rest of my friends and family in the West Valley. I will need new tires soon — I know where I am going. What a pleasure!
