Ok I looked forever online for a house plan and then I found the Michael Daily website. I was able to find one of his stock plans. I needed a 1600 – 1800 square foot sante fe style home plan and with a few modifications ie: (fireplace removed, garage extended) I had the perfect house. I felt comfortable from the first meeting, he met me at my lot in Apache Junction, AZ and from there met at his office and we talked about a couple changes. I received the plan in a timely manner. Actually one of the guys named Blaze met me half way to deliver the final plans. Being an owner builder and this being my own home, I’m very happy with how the house looks. The artist renditions he has of the homes helped significantly in knowing what it would look like when it was done. So I’m just writing this review to say I’m very happy and will use him again and always refer other people his way. He also gave a recommendation of a Engineer /​Land Surveyor who did my topo survey and drainage clearance plan, which allowed me more building envelope on my lot. Thanks again to Michael Daily, Blaze and the rest of the team. The house is done, looks beautiful and gets lots of compliments.

Buyer beware. All I can say. If you are looking to build, it probably won’t happen with Daily at the wheel. Most frustrating an disappointing experience of our lives. I am not sure how a business can be run like this — watch out.

Do not even consider Michael C Daily Design for house design or for purchasing house plans. The worst company we have ever encountered. Doesn’t deliver, no communication, dodges meetings, makes up stories to justify not delivering, extremely aggravating and you will end up having to hire someone else to get a house plan done. Stay away from this place
