Our services include website development and online marketing assistance. Our specialty is listening to what your needs and wants are and then giving you more than you expected! We especially like to help small businesses get new customers by driving traffic to them online by using social media, pay-​per-​click, blogs, directories, etc. We can provide you with a website or help you maintain the one you have.

If your group is looking for a presenter on online marketing and social media, we enjoy doing that and helping business people understand how to make the most of their online presence.

History

Established in 1998.

InfoHarbor was founded by principal Judi Jones. I have been in the business world for the last thirty years. I have owned and operated small businesses and worked and consulted in large businesses. My education includes a B. S. in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science. Prior to that I completed a certificate course as an Executive Secretary.

My customer service skills were honed as a 17-​year employee of L. L. Bean, Inc. I worked in all of the order entry positions including the first order entry quality control position. I moved on to work in the manufacturing division as production scheduler, production supervisor, and systems administrator. Since leaving there I have been a customer support manager for a small software company and worked at my own companies providing software contracting, technical writing, MIS consulting and administrative services.

I am currently on the board, as Director and Webmaster for the Association for Consulting Expertise.

I thoroughly enjoy getting to know how a business operates and assisting the business to grow and prosper. I have worked with catalog companies, manufacturers, consultants, retail stores, nonprofits, landlords, and even a denturist! Learning the culture and language of the business and how I can contribute to it is both a challenge and a pleasure.
