Established in 2004.

ADDvantage Chiropractic opened in 2004 in Goshen Indiana. Since this time ADDvantage Chiropractic has expanded to the Fort Wayne Indiana and Warsaw Indiana Markets to better serve their patients and their family members. We provide MRI, X-​ray and massage therapy services.

Business Owner

Dr. Adam Fedorow is a 1994 graduate Fairfield High School where he enjoyed playing football and basketball. He attended Indiana State University where he graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He was then accepted into the Graduate studies of Chiropractic at Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic where he graduated in 2001 earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree to serve his local community where he grew up. Dr. Adam met his wife Josalyn in 2004 and was married in June of 2004 and currently have 5 wonderful children together!
