Northern Windows Siding Roofing Insulation

Recently had our roof done. Thought their estimate was a little high, but we did business with them before and they have a clean slate with the BBB.
They met our time frame, work got done satisfactorily, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing. These guys knows their stuff. Did an amazing job on my siding. Fast, professional, excellent quality. I also did an energy audit and am looking forward to working with them on insulation and energy efficiency projects for my 100 year old home. Ask for Tim Croker — he knows his building science! I can recommend them completely. Quality and integrity — a combination that is rare these days. Worth every penny.

We just bought our house almost three years ago and desperately wanted to update a few things. I called Northern Windows and spoke to Steve Murray and arranged a meeting with him to discuss what we wanted done and make our selections. Upon meeting with Steve, I was highly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism; which spoke volumes I should add, and I decided to proceed and give them my business.
That was the best decision I have ever made. I ordered a new front door and redid ALL of the windows in our home (15 to be exact). Well let me tell you about the job that was done. I have never been more impressed than I was with Northern. First, everyone is professional, secondly, the job was completed in a timely and fashionable manner. Lastly, my installer, Ted, was out of this world himself. I have never dealt with anyone who was so neat and clean when doing this kind of work. I have one word to sum this up… AMAZING!
If you ever need anything done, do yourself a favor and hire Northern Windows. It all goes back to the adage of «you get what you pay for.» I recommend them completely and you will not be disappointed. Very few things both my husband and I always agree upon! The one thing we totally agreed upon though was to hire Northern Windows to do a complete home makeover that included a new roof, all new windows and doors, and new siding for our home! We had Steve Murray as our coordinator and highly recommend his help and assistance. As a sales professional his is just the best and comes with years of experience on the job and as a sales professional! Steve also comes equipped with a fabulous personality and great insight into what it takes to work on a job from beginning to completion! Steve is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, and understands all aspect of the works Northern completed doe us! We received great prices, quality materials and a top notch installation on all work and all phases of our home renovations from Northern and there professional employees and staff!
Northern Windows is the best! Steve is remarkable! All workers were friendly and professional! Every representative at Northern spend time with us after Steve came to our home to give us the estimates, (which were reasonable)! If you get the owners nephew, request a new salesman, he’s duplicitous at best. He’ll say anything to make the sale… Get it in writing. The roofing subcontractor did great work, although his employee stole from me (the subcontractor made more than proper amends). The sub who replaced my gutters and soffits did poor work. I had to loan him tools, and he made me take care of a nest of hornets his crew found… he is lazy. I recently found out he didn’t properly vent my roof after he and Northern Windows assured me it would be done properly. I’m satisfied with the roofing job, dissatisfied with the work of the sub who replaced my gutters and soffits and distrustful of the nephew sales boy. Get it in writing and supervise the work.

Got waited on right away. The sales team seems to know their stuff. They were not high pressure and we like that. they didn’t have a door we liked so after an hour we left. thanks again to the staff.
