Wow I can’t believe I found a Bestbuy store I would give a 5 star but this Bestbuy store is the best I went to. Sales personnel is knowledgeable and are subject matter experts. We were looking for a TV and we received very good information from the sales personnel (Mr. Caleb). He know all the details about the TVs. We found a TV that fits to us. Great store to go in and get subject matter knowledge

Is Best Buy the best name?
I’m in the market for a tablet. And had a few questions about connectivity and memory. I also wanted to try out the Samsung tablets.
Came here to learn what is out. The new mini iPad mini is not here yet. With retina display. The improvement is probably be worth the wait and staff here say they don’t know if any specials are out till the day it happens.
They all seem to make an effort to greet and and answer questions or help.
Sadly I had a bad experience with a mail in rebate. And subsequent poor customer service. So I’ve boycotted all Best Buys. I’ve learned never to trust their rebates.
Customer service after the purchase is equally important. Especially if a rebate is involved. For now I’m still shopping for a good deal but still will give BB a chance. to save big $. YMMV.
