I love this location. Bill was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went over and above to make my wedding reception run as smooth as possible. The location in Grafton along the waterfall is absolutely breath taking. I highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful place that fits any style of wedding with one of the best site managers ever to please go and check this location out. I attended a wedding reception at this location last night. The party had one hundred eight-​eight (188) people inside this location and it was EXTREMELY loud, due to the unbearably poor room acoustics. So loud, it was impossible to have a conversation without yelling. After the DJ started playing music, it was impossible to hear anything at all. My ears are still ringing this morning.
There is only one restroom for each gender in this facility. The mens room has only one urinal and one commode; the women’s restroom has only two commodes.
If this location seriously wants to be honest with itself and its customers by offering large groups an assembly space where folks can talk to each other in normal tones, it REALLY needs to bring in someone who knows how to analyze, design and install a solution to bring the acoustics of this space into the realm of normalcy. Secondly, the bathrooms need more urinals and commodes!
