DONOT USE THIS COMAPNY GO TO PENNY MUSTARD we went 2 years ago to buy furniture first set broke within 2 days of having it so we sat for 6 months with it broke in our house then went in to get new and the new we have 1piece and was told 8 weeks and it's been over a year and no answer when its coming in now the piece is falling apart. then a manager calls us to tell us our furniture went up in price and wondering how we are paying the additional $800 are you freaking kidding me unbelievable their service sucks can't talk to any mangers because they hide them and they probably do not care about reviews RUN RUN RUN RUN

BEWARE! We bought 4 appliances at the Grafton Colders on Black Friday. Upon delivery, the delivery people scratched the refrigerator. Also, the water dispenser is broken. We were told it could be fixed & if not, they would replace it. The scratches can’t be fixed & they refuse to replace it. We have to keep it. I was on the phone with the store manager Dan & he said there wouldn’t be a problem. HE LIED!!! We are now being told that we didn’t purchase cosmetic insurance. We were never even offered that. However, it was given to us damaged. WE DIDN’T DO IT! The delivery people told them it was damaged & I told Dan while it was being installed.
Stay away!!! These people are crooks. They are liars. They will force you to keep their damaged products.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! In ⁷⁄₂₀₁₅ I come in for a bunk bed set, a chest drawer & twin mattresses. One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had!!! I spent close to $ 2000 in this store. I found a bunk set & was told that there were no more in stock but that I could have the floor model. I set up a delivery date. I paid. Was given mattress covers & I left the store. Maybe two days later I was called by the salesperson & told that the bunk set that I paid for was ALREADY SOLD!!! He told me that if I came in that POSSIBLY I could get a deal with another set. What an inconvenience & they did not give a damn. I had to find some time to get back to the store. First I called in & spoke with the manager. He accepted no responsibility & was a real jerk (as was the salesperson when I returned the call he made about the bunk not really being mine). Because of his unbelievable attitude I requested a refund. He told me that I could get one. After a couple of days I saw that I did NOT have a refund. I called the store & was told that I needed to bring in the mattress covers. I later call the store to ensure that the manager was there prior to my driving all the way in. A girl answered the line claiming that he was in the store but that she did not know where (doesn’t the store have a paging system?) She was no help. I drove in & handed in the covers (which were unused & unopened). Again requesting my refund. I FINALLY got the refund. The people were just the rudest & I will not be returning. How the hell do you sell someone something that belongs to someone else? Unprofessional, unapologetic, unaccepting of responsibility. A horrible group of people. Do not spend your hard earned money here because they do not value you nor your time. Stay away if you want to retain peace of mind.

After almost two months our issue is resolved. If you have received damaged items that was not your fault, be persistent on getting NEW replacements if repairing them will always make them look repaired. Be patient, some items need to be reordered from the manufacturer.

No phone call was ever received from Colders to address their horrific customer service…

I spent $ 900.00 and the service was incredibly terrible. My wife and I had bought our dishwasher which is cool. But we couldn’t get over the lady at the front desk, she wasn’t in anyway wanting to help too much. After she huffed & puffed because who buys a dishwasher 30 min before closing, we loaded up. If I were the manager of this location I’d be furious to know my staff has an issue in making money on closing a sale. Anyways I like to give people the benefit of a doubt, but this was not a good shopping experience. When I do finish the rest of our home I’ll be going else where.

I’ve had the worst experience with Colder’s. They took advantage of me by labeling my order a ‘special order’ (which is nonrefundable) without telling me. I’ve been trying to get my money back, and they keep finding ways around it. I’m about to seek legal counsel if this can’t get resolved, this has been going on for 5 months! I just bought a car and THAT was a better experience than working with Colder’s. DO NOT shop here.

I went here in search of a couch and couldn’t have been treated more poorly. The only interaction with the employees that I had was being on the receiving end of dirty looks as they clustered together talking across the store. Despite that I looked around and quickly realized how overpriced they really were. If you have that kind of pricing you should at least back it up with some good customer service. I won’t step in that store again.

We bought a couch set from here and have been pretty pleased. They let us buy the floor model so we were able to get the couches right away. They had a «special» running where you got a portion of what you spent back to spend on other items there. We thought we would put this towards a TV (buy a couch, get a TV, sounds good, right?) except their TVs were so overpriced that this wasn’t possible. We ended up buying a couch and loveseat and getting a matching recliner for free. I’d say this is a nice store to check out quality furniture, but if price is an issue for you, don’t bother!

I ordered stools for a Christmas present. After waiting to get them, I pick them up and get them home. After opening the boxes, I discovered they gave me the wrong cushions for the stools.
I called the store to find out that customer service was closed. The store itselt was open and I talked to my sales person. He verified that he did order the correct stools, it was «the factory» that screwed up. Indeed it was and I would need to call Customer Service to address this the next day.
When I did call Customer Service, they were confused as to why I would call them. «We don’t reorder things! You need to talk to your sales person!» Of course my sales person wasn’t in today so I talked to the Sales Manager, who could have cared less about me, advising me that only my sales person can help me. Let’s hope he doesn’t quit before I get the correct stools!
